I often…read morehave to wait several months for titles that are featured in many newspaper reviews and even then, some of those books are only available by e-book, which doesn't work well for me. Additionally....I wish they would spend the money to get patrons access to KANOPY, the free streaming service with top notch indie and foreign films. They offer HOOPLA, which pales in comparison. Still, an absolutely lovely facility and I'm so pleased to live right by it.

But something said just go find the book myself since I was already there. So I went to the front desk and asked the nice lady about how I can find the book. The experience was weird. It was like she didn't want me to find it myself so I just told her I will figure it out. She walked around the desk and just followed behind me. She explained how I was able to find the book once we made it to the section. The service here varies. I truly wanted to figure it out on my own or just shown how to so I could do the rest. One time I was talking to a lady about her kids reading allot of books I was just amazed. And one librarian just interrupted our conversation as if she didn't want us to just talk. I think I was reading about ww1 or ww2 at the time. I do hope it gets better.

I decided l was going this week despite a tumble l had over the weekend. It was Easy Yoga and the instructor Dee was awesome. Her emphasis on the breathing was right on point and needless to say l will be back. That library was packed this morning, just a lot of people doing their thing in a big beautiful place that has a lot to offer to the community.

I appreciated the display of some interesting antique Atlas from around the world. The strongest items on hand were the music CDs as found quite a good number of selections to my liking. The only thing I didn't like was the cases the CDs were stored in were a bit oversized making them a bit inconvenient for storage in a car or transporting them someplace. Smaller jewel cases would have been appreciated yet did like that these were more solid w/ less likelihood of breaking during transport. The staff here is friendly. I just wish there were more items from books to DVDs etc to my liking.

I started going to this library recently and find one of the older…read moreladys upstairs behind the desk rude and lazy.In the 2-3 times Ive asked for help it is a major chore to do anything and she gripesabout everything instead of her doing her job and helping people.Its like she happy sitting on her rear. Travis is everyones go to person. I have asked for help about 4-5 times over time and he is awesome.The guy is always friendly and gets you what ever you need or help with what ever you need help with. I ask that you send grumpy workers to training because its like asking a nun in grammar school for help.Asking a librarian for help should not be a hassle experience...they shopuld be glad to help you with a smile not sarcasm. Sebastian staff is IVY league compared to some here in Vero Beach.

THIS IS THE LOUDEST LIBRARY (defeating the purpose of the place). Especially from the staff…read moremembers. From my own experience and the other reviewers, the staffs here are just stupid. Especially the people sitting at the side desk. Theres always a bunch of boomers taking up the table by themself. There's one old guy occupying a whole table just to charge his damn phone. The clean up guy is a CREEP, occupying the women's bathroom for most of the day. This is the closest library by me or else I wouldn't need to come here to deal with these idiots.
