I'm just updating my review here, as I posted a few days ago on the old business page which was…read moreSaddle Brook Car Wash. It's clearly looks like new management stepped it up & renovated the car wash & I like how it's all new equipment with strong free vacuums, barely any waits in line (at this time haha) & a colorful wash ride. On my drive to work, I kept seeing a grand opening sign here for a $1 car wash but kept missing the opportunity until it increased to $3, so0o I finally decided to stop & wash my car on a nice sunny day. It's right next to Dairy Queen so make sure to slow down to not miss the entrance. You'll be able to first drive by their FREE vacuums which have spacious lots to hustle around your car without worrying about elbowing or scratching your neighbor's car. The vacuums looked all newly replaced, were strong & were able to reach around to the back of my car. Then I went for the Silver wash which is priced at $12, but the attendant stopped to share that they still have their ongoing grand opening promotion for a 30 days UNLIMITED LAVA WASH (their highest wash option) for $1!!! Such a great bargain & incentive to lure in customers! I had a colorful wash, short ride but fun and was met by hand dryers at the end. I had no issues or complaints & will be excited to return! And I just learned that you can use Unli washes at their other locations! Happy washing :) will definitely return!

This is a great wash! No, it's not the fastest wash in town, but if you've got the time and need…read moresome extra TLC, this is the place to go! They use quality supplies, the attention to detail of their service is a great value for the price, and if you've got a specific service you need or something that needs extra attention, those folks are more than happy to handle special requests. Plus, the view out back is pretty. Highly recommended.

Took my new black 2025 5 series there for a wash. I'll…read moreprefix this review by saying the intent is constructive feedback, not bashing. I would like to see this place improve. 1. The rinse - no issues there, decent job 2. The actual wash - somewhat sloppy. Had to point the crew to a missed square foot spot on a roof. It was untouched meaning if there was significant amount of dirt the particles would have been dragged across the paint causing scratches. On black car it means a paint correction would have to be done after the wash and that's additional time, cost and effort. As I was watching the process and asked the crew to address it, no issues, they washed it. But...I don't have to babysit the process. 3. The rubber mats from other cars are being cleaned right next to the car that's in the wash. They use a pressure washer on the rubber mats and for some reason they aim in the direction of the car that's being washed 4 feet away. Blasting dirt, rocks and other garbage out of the rubber mats right onto the car paint. Why would you do that? That's just lack of training and lack of care. Big problem as far I'm concerned. I don't want rocks and dirt flying at high speeds hitting the side of my car. See picture. 4. Drying - few guys use same towels or towels that are not properly washed and you end up with grease and oils on paint. Had to ask them to go over it once more using fresh towels Take this feedback guys and improve your process. Nothing out of the ordinary here just use care and common sense. Customers who come there for a hand wash love their cars. If I didn't care about mine I'd be taking it to an automatic car wash for $12. But since you're charging $30 just for exterior wash I expect quality that matches the price. Hope to see you address these issues as I definitely want to be back for a nice hand car wash.

I wasn't expecting it to be too busy, but I was wrong. There are three services to choose from: 1.) Touchless Automatic Wash 2.) Soft Cloth Wash 3.) Self-Service Wash and Detailing The touchless and soft cloth washes have different options ranging from $10 (basic wash) to $18 (platinum wash with multiple add-ons like triple foam protectant, lava bath, etc.) They also have monthly memberships and packages so you can save $$. You pull up to the designated lane, select your service, pay at the machine, and follow the instructions at the bay entrance. There are also self-service bays for washing your car's exterior and self-service parking spots for cleaning the interior. There's a time limit but of course everyone wants to take their sweet time. There are vending machines for different services like wax, soap, conditioner, rinse, tire foam, vacuum, towels, sponges, glass wipes, etc. Cost is around $1-$2.50 per service and you're paying for every 1-2 minutes. So you have to keep putting money in to extend time... You can easily spend a lot of money here if you're not mindful of the timer. Bring cash with you since most machines don't accept card. There's also a change machine. I opted for the touchless wash. The instructions are simple to follow. It'll tell you when to enter and stop. Once you enter, you put your car in park. The list of washing steps are displayed on a small screen to your left. A robotic arm surrounds your entire vehicle, washing, rinsing, and dispensing any products. The whole process is less than 10 minutes. After the wash is complete, you have 60 seconds to dry your vehicle with hi-velocity dryers... so DRIVE VERRRRRRRRRRY SLOWLY. After exiting the touchless wash, I parked my car in a self-service spot for interior cleaning. Some of the dirt was off my car, but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be... There were areas that still needed attention. I actually finished off the job at home lol. I guess I should have set my expectations accordingly for a touchless wash...it's probably better for in-between washes. I will stick to soft cloth or hand washing in the future. I needed to vacuum my interior, so I paid the $2 for 2 minutes at the machine. The vacuum barely worked and had horrible suction. So I got frustrated and just detailed my car at home LOL. I might try other services in the future...

We went in for self service auto wash. You select which kind you want and pay on the machine…read more Reasonable price. Many machines available. Once the door opens, you advance the car. Wash and dry. Instructions are pretty clear. But no one to wipe down properly with towels. You have to do it. They also offer regular car wash with the staff cleaning at the end. In addition, I do see other customers just power wash (self service) on the other end of the lot. Many service in this car wash. Great place.
