Based on the condition of my hair afterward, I was very concerned about heat damage. I contacted the salon to explain the situation and requested a refund because I did not feel comfortable returning for a corrective service or having additional heat applied to my hair. My request was denied, and I found the response to my concerns dismissive and unprofessional. I was also concerned that, during our phone conversation, the stylist who performed my service falsely represented himself to me as the location manager. I have since escalated my concerns through the appropriate corporate channels. Mistakes can happen, but I believe how a business responds to a customer's concerns is equally important. Based on my experience, I would recommend exercising caution if you have extensions or chemically processed hair.

I showed Subin how I wanted my hair, and within seconds, he already knew exactly what to do. He started by brushing and flat ironing my hair so he could really see the length before carefully trimming it. Afterward, I had my hair washed along with the nicest scalp massage. Jennifer agreed to accommodate me and even stayed after hours to work on me. She assessed my hair and decided what to do (we ended up removing 50% of the extensions -- the previous salon had added too much hair so she could charge me for more hair, which was one of the reasons I ended up looking like I was wearing a wig). Jennifer cut the width of the extensions and replaced them at the most natural position for my head shape, and blended everything together seamlessly. Jennifer, you are amazing!!! Thank you so much.
