While the photographer was friendly, it became clear during the session that she had very limited experience. There was little direction for posing, arranging a large family group, or creating natural interactions, leaving us feeling unsure of what to do throughout the session. When we received the gallery, many of the images lacked the quality and composition we would expect from a professional photography service. What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of customer service afterward. I sent a detailed, respectful email outlining our concerns and requesting a discussion about our experience, but I never received any response from anyone on the team. We regularly invest in professional family photography both at home and while traveling, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences we've had. Based on the quality of the photos and the lack of follow-up, I would not recommend this company.

My 75 year old mother with limited mobility and her husband were coming to visit us so my brother from Indiana and I decided to get the whole immediate family together for a reunion and to celebrate our mother;s 75th birthday. Our mother has never had her kids, grand-kids, and great-grand kids all together at one time.We are spread over the country and well "life" gets in the way. We planned this for 9 months and gave this to our Mother for her Christmas in 2023. So March 10th 2024 comes. Paige was hired for pictures. $300 for about 45 minutes of pictures and one flash drive in 3 weeks of edited pics we could copy. I contacted her for the progress after 3-1/2 weeks. Not only did she make excuses she tried to make me feel like I was bothering her asking where the pictures were. It's been OVER 8 weeks and you guessed it. No pictures! We will never be able to do this for my ailing mother ever again but here's hoping we get them eventually. The text I got from her today said I was being difficult because I texted her again about m,y pictures. The AUDACITY OF THIS WOMAN!!!
