I've gone to Mei's massage quite a few times over the last few years. They do an OK job but nothing spectacular.
The good part of it is it seems to be very clean. They disinfect everything they use with both autoclave & rubbing alcohol. They use freshly washed towels, heated in a microwave and thrown on your back to get some heat into you which is nice.
The bad part is they always try to force you to do cupping which to me seems like a lazy distraction by the massage therapist so that you can lay there with cups on your back instead of having a masseuse do a real massage. The masseuse, a young chinese lady, is always shouting in chinese to Mei, the owner. Not very relaxing to hear all the noise in the room during a massage.
I recently quit going there altogether because the lady who owns and runs the shop, Mei herself, was very rude to me the last couple of times. I guess familiarity breeds contempt.
Overall worth a try but I've had better. And tell her no cupping if you do go, it makes a mess of your back for at least a week :) read more
