This was some of the best filet mignon that I've had in this type of steakhouse, expertly prepared And very tender. I ordered mine medium rare, and it was medium rare, the shrimp were well cooked as were the scallops nothing to fear there they were fully cooked. The rest of the dish had a big bowl of steamed white rice, which I ordered instead of fried rice. And you get noodles, I would rather have noodles than rice any day and these were very good noodles. There also was a healthy portion of vegetables. This is much better than your usual hibachi place. They have so much good stuff and they have three of the tables that they use for the performance. They don't do that at lunch. I sat over by the sushi bar, and ordered one rainbow roll. It was very good eight pieces large really filling once again. I ordered way too much food, and even if they had been small portions, it would've been too much food. But I want to try everything. The sushi was really really good.
