The entire team was efficient, professional, and careful, and they got the job done without any issues. We also underestimated how much wood there would be, and when we reached out, they were kind enough to come back the very next day to remove the additional wood. We really appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Great service from start to finish- we would absolutely recommend Action Tree Service to anyone needing tree work!

We called him in March to take care of two different trees and he was out to give us a quote within a day or two. Don't waste your money on the bigger tree companies like we did, Tim will do it faster, better, and for an unbeatable price!

Blocked the major State road off three times because of the extremely large sections falling on the roadway. No traffic warnings, no safety equipment, no personal protection. Left my property in a complete mess, that resulted in me hiring a Professional Service to finish his so called work. Be advised DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON !!! He broke our steps and left holes in the driveway which to have fixed didn't cost $1,600 (difference between him and others). For $3,800 that's what his competitors want to do the job so why would I use this guy??? For that price I will call someone that doesn't cause property damage and that I don't have to worry about someone getting hurt or killed on my property.

They trimmed branches that were nowhere near the house for some reason instead. If they are only going to do half the job they should only charge half the amount. If they aren't skilled enough to trim tree branches that are 15 feet over a house's roof they should say so and not pretend they can do it and charge for it. They still haven't come back to finish the job months later even after being told they didn't do what they were supposed to do. They also weren't that good with cleaning up afterwards either.

He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality.
