After divulging WAY TOO MUCH personal drama as excuses every day we called to find out why they were not here. They finaly showed up days late and 11 days after they told us they could do our yard. I asked for mowing trimming and edging. He said he should be charging $100 but would do it for $65 What we got is grass the same length as the day we called them bad weedwacking absolutely NO edging and large patches of untouched areas. They then came to collect and said they would not be back because despite looking at the property multiple times and walking it he still didn't realize that riding mower wouldn't work on our hill and it was too much work. I am furious "you don't pay till were done" my @$$ they are lucky that they got paid at all!

Although the work they did was good, we wound up paying about 40% more than our landscaping budget. I'm still not sure why the made the switcheroo on us. The second time, the first salesman quotes us $80 to replant a tree that died. He said he would call back with the planting date. Instead, he called back to say the owner "felt" $210 would be a fair price for the same job. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Watch out for the bait and switch with this company.
