Staff is amazing! A short wait even when there is as little as just ONE pharmacist. The drive through pharmacy was just as good as the indoor pharmacy. Sorry for no photo-I had to copy what my email said Upon realizing, there were no refills left when there was supposed to be. I call my ordering Dr. and they in turn call Meijer pharmacy of T.C. The pharmacy tec calls me asking me why I need a refill?? I dnt need it right away, BUT the point is there is supposed to be a refill printed on the bottle and there isn't, thus I need to make sure that it is there. My Dr. had to call and correct it that is the only reason why and the pharmacy technician told me that she " doesn't feal comfortable keeping my refill on file" . It is Clonidine HCI .1 MG only. I apologize for inconvienceing the technician today, but this was NOT my mistake to begin with. 8-18-25 I picked up my last refill of Clonidine and had an appointment the same day with my Dr. regarding that medication. Afterwards he put in an order for another refill. I have not had time to call since I picked up last refill and inquire why there isn't a 1 next to the refill section on my bottle of medication UNTIL today. That was the most uncomfortable, uncalled for conversation I have ever had with a pharmacy technician in my life. She was accusing me of trying to get another refill right away?! That wasnt the point! They made the mistake of NOT printing the #1 next to the refill amount avaiable when there was ACCORDING TO MY DR a refill avaiable. That is a twisted way of turning things around and making it look like its my fault! I seriously think she is not going to keep it there. I dnt trust an attitude like that with my medication. read more

The pharmacy person (nichole) was great and patient on the phone. But why didn't Meijer Pharmacy tell its customers they were discontinuing its app AND info on how to manage ones prescriptions with new format. Instead it tells you to contact the pharmacy. read more

Every staff member looks over worked and underpaid. Its the perfect storm. Going to the pharmacy shouldn't be an ordeal every time you go and 20 minutes on hold average. So much happier going to family fare now! read more

Always friendly staff. Unfortunately I use them so frequently they recognize me on site and I know several of the Pharma Techs my name. Prices seem to be fair and competitive. Good selection of vitamins and supplements with fair prices. The text option that your prescription is ready is very helpful and also you can reorder via text. read more

If your doctor calls in a perscription on a Friday and they don't have it available the pharmacy does not bother to call you. They simply say they were going to call you on Monday. What if you needed the medication sooner? read more

If I could give this Meijer Pharmacy 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy, super rude staff and they never answer the phones when you call. You make mention of it to them in store and they act like they have no idea what you're talking about..avoid this place at all costs if you wanna avoid a headache just to pick up a simple prescription. read more

Oh my goodness it's horrible!!!!! They offer some decent incentives on rebate type coupons, but be ready to spend a chunk of your life there. The techs are okay, the old man pharmacist seems to view it as social hour and will stand there and gossip/hit on old ladies even while there is a full line. Even if the prescription is called in from your doctor, expect to devote a good 2 to 3 hours of your life. You'll stand in line, they'll tell you twenty minutes. What they mean by twenty minutes is about 2.5 hours. They are awful. If they weren't associated with Meijer they would've gone out of business years ago. Your time is valuable. When I dropped off a prescription they said to wait two hours to pick it up. When I went to get it they said it was out of stock and would be in the next day. The next day they told me it was not in and would be in the next day again. They wasted hours of my time and 60 miles of driving because they didn't feel like checking at the start. Horrible service 10 mile road Rockford Meijers and the Cedar springs Meijers every time a prescription is called in and you try to get it the next day and its still not done WTH .... and you asked why it wasn't filled oh we were busy..."Really come on" I'm going to switch over to Walgreens or some where else. read more

I've never waited less than 25 minutes in line here. It also took them 3 days to fill a prenatal vitamin rx! What the hell?! I'm officially done here, switching to Walgreens for the months to come. I even warned my fiancé not to come here for his prescriptions because of how ridiculously slow this place is. read more

This Pharmacy is HORRIBLE when your prescription runs out. They say they "automatically" contact your doctor but that has never happened for us. The only prescriptions we use this pharmacy for is cholesterol medication (because it's free) and antibiotics (because they're free). Everything else we have moved to another - waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more reliable pharmacy that we never have issues with. Our doctor's office doesn't even like any Meijer pharmacy because they are awful to deal with. He prescribes medications all over west Michigan via the internet - the pharmacy pushes a button to request the refill, the doctor's office pushes a button to authorize - easy peasy - except when dealing with Meijer. Rockford, MI Meijer is bad and so is Greenville, MI Meijer. I've advised many people to pull their prescriptions from there. It's just not worth the time or hassle. read more

Called in for a refill prescription - when picked up, I got 20 pills for a 90 day supply - (90 pills). How do you screw that up??? It was probably the 3rd time for a refill at this pharmacy....what incompetence. read more

Buyer Beware!!!! I've been using them for a while with no problems, however today when I went to refill my generic thyroid medication (which is $10 for 90 days at Walmart) they wanted to charge me double $33, and 90 days ago I paid $17!!! Not sure what kind of racket this is bait and switch or an error. I asked them to check because I'm sure something wasn't quite right, the only response I got was "the price went up"...ridiculous!!! Suddenly its double!!! I don't think so....went back to Walmart. even though it is further away... ***Update**** I did find out they raised all the prices because once Obama care was in effect, they weren't going to be able to. read more

This evening I was running late & knew they were closing shortly so I called & Heather at the pharmacy waited a few extra minutes after closing & had my script ready for me when I got there. Of any business I have ever been to. these guys are the worst. I have been getting my sons insilun for Years. His last pen was bad today and I received a call from school that We needed more and his sugar was high. The pharmacy said they called the doctor and it would be a few days. (Please keep in mind my son is at school with a high blood sugar) The Pharmacist was the rudest woman I have ever met. She said she could only give out one pen in an emergency and that they only had 5 packs. I called the doctor and they called in another RX. My point is.....In this day and age, Why should anyone have to be turned away by Mejier and an extremely rude pharmacist while their child is in need of life saving medicine. Just unbelievable. They couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance, so they sent me home with nothing, i called the insurance and the people on the phone laughed at the pharmacy and why they didn't know to do something simple. I called them (the rockford meijer) back and they of course can't do anything over the phone. Even the lead tech couldn't understand which of the TWO cards to bill. Really? I have been using this pharmacy since they opened up here. I am sorry , but I have not had all of these horrible experiences. Yes, once in a while the medication is not done yet , but I have done some other shopping and it is done when I come back. My wife and I get a lot of medications here. You can go to Walgreens and pay a lot more. Some of the free meds at Meijers are $20.00 or more at Walgreens. If a person is on Medicare and concerned about the donut hole they will hit it a lot sooner using Walgreens, because the same meds at Walgreens are much higher in many instances. read more

I have always had good service at this pharmacy. I usually have grocery shopping to do, so I just pick up my prescription when I'm done....never a problem. When my Dr. Calls in a prescription, I get an automated call saying it's ready for pick up. Once I needed a prescription for my adult son who has no insurance, and I called around, because this prescription was very expensive. The tech told me to go to a website, clip the coupon, and I could see where the prescription was cheapest. She saved me more than $100. They are very helpful and give good advice. The mperks are worth using the Meijer pharmacy. read more

They are really busy, but the Tech's try and move everyone through as quickly as possible. If you're looking solely to get your prescription within a matter of minutes, look elsewhere. However, they offer great incentives, free medications, convenience, and have gone the extra mile for me to get certain medications. read more
