My daughter (18) waited over 40 minutes while Wendy dismissed her insurance, made a joke about "going home to take a nap," and then admitted the prescription was never even ordered. When we returned, she ignored us, embarrassed us in front of other customers, and loudly argued instead of helping. Even worse, she shouted another customer's prescriptions across the pharmacy--a serious HIPAA violation. We've moved everything to the N Saginaw Walgreens, where staff are respectful and professional. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

I have to know what generics each pharmacy stock, before the office send in my prescriptions as I have kidney failure, bowel and colon resection that make me very sensitive to inactive ingredients to certain generics and I have to stick to the ones that I already know.
