My daughter (18) waited over 40 minutes while Wendy dismissed her insurance, made a joke about "going home to take a nap," and then admitted the prescription was never even ordered. When we returned, she ignored us, embarrassed us in front of other customers, and loudly argued instead of helping. Even worse, she shouted another customer's prescriptions across the pharmacy--a serious HIPAA violation. We've moved everything to the N Saginaw Walgreens, where staff are respectful and professional. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

I have to know what generics each pharmacy stock, before the office send in my prescriptions as I have kidney failure, bowel and colon resection that make me very sensitive to inactive ingredients to certain generics and I have to stick to the ones that I already know. Sure enough, after the three that were relevant, the jumped to one in the ghetto of the next town. The remaining six were also far away and irrelevant to my search terms. You can do better, Yelp. My wife is having panic attacks from a steroid to the point of not being able to drive/work. Doctor sent in this prescription and said it should help and the pharmacy is dictating when they will have it ready and then changing their minds when she arrives to pick it up.
