Dr Keener came to the phone, Listened to my situation and showed my family compassion in our time of need. They stayed late to care for my father. They did this with smiles on their face. The second visit was at the Polaris office, they did not get an authorization for my exam. Nine months later I receive a bill from them and I call my insurance to see why. America's Best didn't get an authorization at the time of the exam. I made multiple calls to assist them with getting the authorization, they never called my insurance to get it. I paid the bill. Won't ever go back.

Then they check and tell you they don't accept your insurance. Wasted a week for that nonsense. Why take information that you don't use?
