The next morning JR from Gardner was at our house by 10:30am to take a look. Unfortunately, the whole box and breakers needed to be replaced. He was able to fix it up so we could keep important things running temporarily until they were able to come make the repairs. We received a quote via email by 3pm that day and had a serviceman out to do the work by 8:30am the next day. The whole job was complete by 11:30am (he was quick!) with no messes left and very minimal wall damage (which was expected to be much worse.) I am no electrical expert, but I would say the quality of work was excellent. We also felt that we paid a very fair price that was actually less than we anticipated. All members of the Gardner Electric staff that we encountered were professional, understanding, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend them for your residential electrical needs.
