At first he would answer your phone calls and messages right away and after the deal became firm he won't even make the effort to call or text you back. I remember when he'd even come to me wherever i was just to make me sign the papers. Me and my sister were very disappointed with his Services. I didn't want to write this review, but the world needs to know his true side and colors. Me and my sister went directly to him to purchase a house and the day of the closing we noticed the top of the stove cracked and many scarches on the hard wood floors so we sent him pictures on WhatsApp, he just looked at the pictures and never replied back as if he didn't care and we meant nothing. He promises you one thing then backs out and says he can't do what he said. We went to him thinking he is a very honest realtor, boy we were wrong. Never go to him without your representing realtor because he will mess you up before you even know it. When it comes to his commission he starts calling the sellers a bad names and saying how cheap they are of only paying him 1%. You should not talk shit of the people's homes you are selling. Sometimes I wonder if he pays all these people to say what they say on his videos because that's how I got fooled. This was a night mare and I will never go to him or refer anyone to him. Then, please see what he does after seeing this true and honest review: This man Jessi Sandhu has the audacity to call my family member and tell them to tell me to remove my review when in reality he did lie to me and cheat with me. I'm so disappointed that this realtor can stoop down this low. Instead of personally calling me and telling me he is sorry for what he did and what he can do to change it, he decides to make a phone call. Please stay away from me and my family, we want nothing to do ever do with you. You are a complete nightmare. Please don't get fooled by him folks and go elsewhere.

We currently live out of country so it was very important for us to find the right fit for this situation. It can be very scary entrusting your home with people you don't know, but we feel very pleased with the tenants Matt helped us find and where we are at with our rental. From coaching us with prep before hitting the market, to managing the rental process, and even doing a mid-lease follow up to make sure everything was going well, we would totally recommend Matt and would definitely love to continue working with him! Also a big loving shout out to Brel themselves - Mel & Brendan - 2 incredible people!! Thank you for all the love, fun, & guidance over the years, we adore you both and wish you and your team nothing but the best!

After interviewing 4 agents, we went with Lisa Bednarski and BREL and we are so glad we did. Lisa's enthusiasm, positive attitude, and excitement at the challenge was a refreshing change. She was patient with us when we needed reassuring, and got us through all the steps to SOLD. In 3 days after listing! Kiel, the BREL stager did an amazing job making our home look like it was in a magazine! I recommend BREL for anyone buying, or selling. In this day and age, most real estate agents are like dinosaurs, but not BREL, they are showing the rest how it should be done in the digital age, and with all the marketing tools available, not just an MLS listing. Do your research and you will see why so many of BREL's clients are singing their praises... they are just that great. Thank you Lisa Bednarski, this Lisa is grateful we found you!

She is meticulous, professional, goes above and beyond the call of duty. Case in point. I called her out of the blue to tell her about a home we saw out of town. Within days she was there - in person. Inspecting the home, visiting the township office to check out zoning and surveys, visiting the local real estate agents to introduce herself, meeting local building inspectors, etc. She made sure all the t's were crossed, i's were dotted, and most of all our retirement was going to be safe and protected in our new home! That is what I call service. I have worked with many real estate agents in my life and by far Julianne Budd surpasses them all in every single area! I cannot find enough words to thank her for all of the hard work she has done for me over the years! I highly recommend Julliane Budd to anyone who needs a realtor who can be trusted with the most important financial investment in his or her life.

He not only provided many excellent properties, set up viewings, and submitted offers for us. He was much more professional than any of the others. [Update in response to business reply:] I want to clarify…read morethat I never asked Ben to lie or misrepresent anything (I have text correspondence to prove it). I simply requested discretion when presenting the lease application--something I later confirmed with another licensed real estate agent is entirely standard and ethical in this industry. Ben's reply avoids the core issue, which is that he disclosed private information against my clear instructions and responded with hostility and abusive language when I addressed it. Notably, in his response, he does not deny using the language I described--something that should give any prospective client, especially women, serious pause before deciding to work with him. Now that I've seen how he chooses to handle client concerns, it's clear he was never acting in my best interest. In hindsight, I'm relieved I never purchased a property through him--because the financial and emotional consequences would have been far greater. ------------------------------------------------- [Review update:] I had previously written a positive review for Ben Fenlon based on an experience in 2022, but I now feel obligated to update it after a recent encounter that was deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. When I attempted to lease a unit, Ben disregarded my clear instructions and disclosed private information to the listing agent without my consent--jeopardizing the deal and violating my trust. When I addressed this, he became aggressive and disrespectful. He raised his voice, used vulgar language, and told me that if I was going to "act bitchy," then the lease "wasn't worth his time" because the commission "wasn't high enough." I had asked Ben to follow a common and fully ethical approach, and to exercise discretion when presenting the application. I expected him, as my agent, to handle the process strategically and professionally, without disclosing unnecessary personal information that could weaken my position. Instead, he ignored my instructions, dismissed my concerns, and treated me with outright disrespect when I raised them. His conduct was not only unprofessional, but also at odds with the duty of care, loyalty, and discretion expected of a registered real estate professional under RECO's Code of Ethics. I can no longer recommend Ben's services under any circumstances.
