If you're more into street, it's quite limited. There are a couple stairs to jump down and a couple ledges and rails, but not much else. The skate park is on the small side and a lot of people enjoy skating the same things (mini bowl and the ramps in the middle of the park) so if there are +5 people, it can start to feel crowded.

It was easy to schedule. I sent an email and gave some dates/times and they picked one. After that had to pay the fee for class in advance. And then we got to wait until class day! The teachers are great and super passionate about what they do. My scouts felt super comfortable with them. For class, they leant them boards and helmets and then pads to whoever wanted them. They offer some open skate times, women/girls only, 30+ night, beginner class and more. They also have a small skate shop in their building. Its the only indoor skate park in fort collins. So on dates that its cold outside its supposedly busier than when its nice out. There is not a ton of parking so just be forewarned.

I was told I'd need to pay just to stand on the staircase and coach, with "insurance" given as the reason, but nobody could explain why payment changes anything if a waiver is already signed. This is a big change from previous visits. Also, the men's restroom was out of order when I was there, and you have to leave the building to use the restroom next door. That's a problem if you're supervising athletes.

This review is for the summer camp…read more I sent my 8-year-old to Woodward Copper's summer ski/snowboard camp two summers in a row, trusting that he would be safe and supervised. Both times, I picked him up severely sunburned, despite packing sunscreen and making it clear it needed to be applied daily. This year, I also discovered he had been watching YouTube on his laptop every night until 11:30 p.m. with no counselor checking in after lights-out. He came home with bloodshot eyes from lack of sleep, and neither he nor the camp contacted me about it during the week. I put a lot of time, money, and trust into sending him all the way from New York to Colorado, and expected at least basic supervision for an 8-year-old. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of oversight, communication, and care shown.

I wouldn't recommend it for beginners but if you're intermediate or advanced, you'd have a good time here. My only gripe is that the smallest bowl they had was a 6 footer. I prefer skating transition but mini ramps are more my speed and this didn't quite fit the bill. However, it was nice carving in the bowl and getting a nice flow going.

While this isn't the prettiest park, it is by certainly the busiest, which is great for exercising…read morean active dog. It has all the basic necessities with garbage bins, poop bag dispensers, and even a separate small dog enclosure. My only real issue with it is that it can attract some sketchy people. For example, I've seen a guy light up a joint there (in the presence of kids nonetheless) and the smell was nauseating. For the most part, however, it has decent people who know how to be respectful.
