No matter what the problem or issue was, Jennifer had a ton of various tools and techniques for me to choose from. If something didn't work for me, she was ready to explore alternative paths with me together. No matter what I brought to her, I never felt judged and always felt safe in being vulnerable and facing/confronting difficult and painful life issues. Plus, she used EMDR and CBT with me and I didn't have to see her for years and years, before experiencing healing and a higher quality of life. It didn't happen overnight with a lot of backsliding inbetween, but the overall long-term picture revealed huge advances and progress over time. While I admit that I had to work very hard at facing the overwhelmingly frightening and terrifying things that life brings to us all, Jennifer Duke was a crucial key to my recovery, healing, surviving and now *Thriving* life. There are still problems and scary moments and I probably fall short more than I actually hit the mark, when it comes to but now I've got some potent tools to take with me. Thank you Jennifer.

I entered the program very depressed with my life situations, and the fact that one of my sons moved me from Northern Ca. to Pasadena to be closer to him. I did not want to be away from the place I called home all of my life. Jennifer took me under her wing and gave me the support and caring that I needed. She was always there for me, and had so much insight into helping me have the courage to take care of my needs and come back home. We had a very special relationship, but she was careful to keep it on a professional level. I will never forget how she encouraged me and listened to me whenever I needed her. I am now back home, bought a house, and my self-worth was made so much better because of Jennifer's hard work and caring.

Upon meeting them for the first time, We instantly felt safe and secure in their presence, which is unfamiliar for us as a result of past traumas. However, we felt comfortable and at home with the two of them. Hannah and I reached out to Aila and Jonathan seeking a closer connection spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Trauma had fractured our abilities to open up and connect with each other in these ways consistently. Although we had tried individual and couples talk therapy, there was still a disconnect between our bodies and minds. When "traditional" methods had let us down, The Love Gurus were there to pick us up. Hannah and I were both able to open up our hearts, minds, and bodies to the healing process through our sessions and the immersion courses. The results were phenomenal. I'm happy to say that we're now engaged and in the best place that we've ever been. Hannah and I would HIGHLY recommend the Love Gurus to any of our closest friends and family. We are confident that you will come to a greater understanding of yourself, your behaviors, and how they impact your ability to give/receive love. Aila and Jonathan also go out of their way to ensure that you receive the best care possible. They always made themselves available to us. Never did we have a question, email, or phone call that went unanswered. They were there for us far beyond what we signed up for. This was the BEST healing care that we have ever received! If you're feeling scared, please know that we were too. You have nothing to fear with Jonathan and Aila! They're only here to help. With love, Hannah and Matt

I am deeply grateful for my love coaching experience with Lauren. Our journey together was…read moreapproximately a 4 month process. Although I have a great career, I felt I was missing something but didn't know what it was. Through Lauren's coaching sessions, we journeyed together into what I wanted. She led when I was unclear on where to go and held space for me to discover for myself. Her coaching felt safe while being challenge that allowed for growth. Through that time, I controlled how deeply I wanted to go. If I was willing to open up in complete transparent vulnerability, Lauren exactly where I was at. She allowed me the space to lead and explore my own self. Ultimately my greatest discovery is how important taking care of my sexual energy is. As a man, there is no greater fulfillment than knowing that I can fulfill the sexual needs of the women in my life. Lauren helped me rediscover the sexual passion in me, how important it is to me, and how it affects how I live my life. When this energy is present, I am unstoppable. When it is not, I feel unfulfilled and energetically fatigued. It is almost like my soul itself is tired and not interested in living out my life's purpose. I have realized that only I can turn on this sexual drive within me. The answer and the almost magical piece of my life's puzzle that I was looking for was to both embrace and honor my sexual energy and then to pour and penetrate this energy into the cup of the woman of my choosing. Any man who desires to experience a rejuvenation of heart, body and soul through sexual energy and vitality would be well served to allow Lauren the opportunity to guide him through his own personal discovery journey. It happened for me, and I know she will do the same for you.

Havening techniques and other techniques have helped me (someone who defaults to over-intellectualizing) get out of my head and into my body which I've found is imperative for healing emotional trauma. With all that said I'm really here to share my experience with the Neurofeedback training done with Rebecca Turner. Having done so much healing and reprocessing through talk therapy, I still felt that my thought patterns were like a hose turned all the way up, whipping around, unable to catch, and control, soaking everyone around me. The initial brain mapping (which is done first to know what areas of the brain to target for training) reflected with tangible data what I was experiencing inside. Ms. Turner described it to me like "your two hemispheres are yelling at each other" which turned out to be one of the most validating things my brain has ever heard about itself. The neurofeedback training process itself is not as complicated and/or intimidating as the name sounds. If one is doing eyes open training, you essentially attach some small sensors to your head using a conductive goop and watch a tv show while the screen brightens and dims in response to the information collected by the sensors and neurofeedback program. For "eyes closed" training, you listen to lyric-less music while the music adjusts the volume to help train your brain. And it all works. I feel good about myself. Shame is now a passing emotion instead of a state of being. Rumination is down ten-fold as my hemispheres aren't "yelling at each other". My thoughts and feelings don't control me as much and/or send my on a downward spiral. If you are someone who feels your emotions are often become too much for you to handle that even standard therapy couldn't alone help, might I suggest neurofeedback?
