The Veterinarian is great, but the rest of the staff needs tremendous improvement. On the first…read morevisit there, I took my newly adopted cat and expressed concern about her belly being so large and also mentioned that she was spayed and she even has the tattoo to prove it. The vet assistant kept ignoring me or telling me that she was pregnant after telling her that my cat is spayed and was pushy about it. Then on my last visit there, as I was waiting to take my cat into her appointment, the staff was yelling and berating another client and arguing with them in front of a full lobby of clients. The client who was being yelled at and berated was just asking to reduce the $15 charge for an entire nail clipping/trim since they only clipped/trimmed 1 claw and not an entire service. Then after my cat's vet appointment, I contacted the staff asking about giving my cat her antibiotic through a shot since NOTHING was working to give her the antibiotic in pill form, and the woman I spoke to said in a VERY rude and condescending tone "um, no. It's an antibiotic, they don't come as a shot." This was either a flat out lie or sign of being uneducated because for one, my parents always get my animals back home their antibiotics in shot form, and a quick google search for my cat's specific antibiotic in shot form said it does exist and can get it at any veterinarian office. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT taking your pets here. Don't waste your money, time, sanity, or effort on this place. The veterinarian himself being the only person with dignity and respect at this office is not worth it.

They are the best around! we were lucky to find them when we did. this team has been a great help…read moreand very easy to work with.
