They are very Professional very responsive, provided me with very competitive pricing.

I had been meaning to contact a company to shampoo our stairs. The past year we had fostered 6 puppies. This included potty training them and once the 1st one had an accident on the stairs, the others later marked it. No matter how much we tried treating it with Enzyme cleaner and our portable Bissel, nothing was adequate. Then one afternoon I saw Mega Dry Carpet cleaning van 2 houses over. I walked up to a friendly man and asked him to come check out our stairs and explained we have dog urine odor. I was very happy with the first impression: kind, honest and accommodating. The father-Son duo was able to treat my stairs with vacuum, cleaning, and a thorough final steps. I hadn't seen our carpet look so good since we bought the place last spring. Thank you so much for doing a last minute clean, being friendly and accommodating to our dogs. read more

Gerardo and his son did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and the furniture. His cleaning is meticulous and his prices are quite reasonable. If you want quality and fair prices, go with Mega Dry! read more

Mr. Rojas, of Mega Dry Carpet Cleaning, is a magician! My white upstairs carpet was a mass of pet stains and even some paint from a previous painter. Mr. Rojas was able to virtually erase the pet stains from my aged Dachshund and get out the paint from when my bannister was painted. In my opinion, he is a miracle worker. I was sure he wouldn't be able to get out all the stains but he did! I will never use any other company for my carpet cleaning. read more

Our family has used Mega Dry over the years and we've always been very pleased with them. Not only is the work they do superb but their delivery of it couldn't be better. Gerardo and his son Pablo are always polite and glad to answer any questions you might have. The end result is the one you had hoped for. Back in the office your first contact might well be Silvia, Gerardo's wife. She is very nice, polite and happy to give you estimates and related information. This is a Class A firm! We highly recommend Mega Dry! read more

We've used them multiple times for carpet cleaning. Always courteous, fast, and reasonably priced!!

We've had Gerado & Pablo clean our carpet & upholstery 3 times over the years. They are conscientious, quality minded and work to please the customer. We had a couple of difficult stains and they worked hard on them. We also had them clean an expensive wool area rug in our foyer and it came out well. They have a special procedure for wool. We have no hesitation in calling them again and recommending them. Art Gechman read more

My carpet looks amazing. I got same day service too! This is my second time using them & both times an absolute excellent job. It's family owned & operated so when you call you get a family member I'm guessing is the wife who is so nice & accommodating. The owner came gave me the estimate before he started cleaning & got to work. I got the pet cleaning & scotch guard. He got here at 3:30 and was done by 5. I have 2 small dogs & 2 cats which explains why I get the pet cleaning. Only using this company from now on! I'm beyond impressed with the quality of work as well as the professionalism. read more

Mega Dry is the only cleaner I'll go with until they roll up shop and retire on sunny, sandy beaches! They are kind, conscientious of everything (where to start, your other furnishings, and doing a great job) and the work they do, perfection! My carpets literally look brand new and they are 15 years old. A family that cares about a job well done, this is their 4th visit and I'm a forever customer! First time having my couch cleaned and I don't regret it. If you buy nice things, this is how you make them last. Thanks team! read more

Scheduling is easy on line or by phone and day-of-service communication keeps us up to date on the ETA of the technicians. Gerardo and Pablo are meticulous, thorough and pleasant to work with. I can't say enough good things about Gerardo and his son. They came and cleaned all our carpets, area rugs, and two dining chairs. We had some pesky pet stains on our carpets that we couldn't get out ourselves. They cleaned the carpets and told us to let them know if some stains came back and were not wipeable with wet cloth and they came right back a week later with a different solution so our carpets now look brand new! Extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again :) read more

Mega Dry Carpet Cleaning - now you see it, now you don't! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Diego, California

A father son team of top notch professionals! The minimum fee for carpet cleaning was $95, the lowest of all the companies I called. Day of service I asked to include an additional landing for the stair cleaning and if they could clean the tile floors. The rental home looked cleaner than when we moved in after Mega Dry Carpet Cleaning finished the job! Highly impressed with the quality of work and equipment used. read more

Such a friendly company! Pablo, did a fantastic job cleaning our staircase and living room. I was thrilled they were able to come out on the same day! Such friendly and efficient service. Pablo was able to speak to my dad in Spanish and help him with the payment as I tended to my elderly mom. He was so patient explaining the receipt options to my dad. He warned us many times to be careful on the tile if we had to walk on the wet carpet. He cautioned that the tile we had can be extra slippery. Pablo is such a kind young man that really cares about doing a great job and making sure his customers are safe and satisfied. Definitely recommending them and using them from now on.
