while it's been a bit since Rescue Restoration literally rescued us, I'm finally getting around to…read moresinging their praises. we came home to our laundry room flooding. we quickly called RR (the one place our friends kept pointing us to for an emergency like this) and thankfully they were able to send someone within hours to help us figure out what happened. it was a relatively easy fix (washer was leaking due to old connections), but it still made a mess. Bob and his assistant got everything cleaned up, demo'ed the flooring and made sure things were set up for drying. in the next couple of days, we had steady communication with Robin to figure out next steps. we didn't end up involving insurance, but Robin was ready to get them included for us if need be. in the end, the value of our experience far exceeded the bill. the attention to detail, the expediency with which they were on site and the sheer volume of knowledge Bob, Robin & their team have in their little finger created an environment of calm and competency. if you find your home in need of being rescued, I could not encourage you more to reach out to Rescue Restoration!

I can't say enough good things about Rescue Restoration. Their name couldn't be any more true in…read moreour case. Rescue Restoration swooped in and saved the day for us after our basement flooded and the con-artists known as Servpro "completed" dry out and demolition. We told Servpro never to return, and invited Rescue Restoration in to finish the job. They found that Servpro actually completed neither the dry out OR demo properly, then proceeded to make everything right as rain in a very timely manner. All facets of the deal and work couldn't have been more professionally handled - their communication and work is absolutely first rate. The owners, Bob and Robin, are some of the nicest folks one could hope to work with, and Tom, the repairman, did a fantastic job on the re-construction. Their quote was very reasonable, and I know that Bob went out of his way to save us as much possible without sacrificing quality. My wife and I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for a restoration job in the future. I'll be eternally kicking myself for calling Servpro first (I did just because they are a huge name in that line of work). Make these guys your first call when disaster strikes and you'll be in very good hands.

We had a tree fall on our house and needed immediate help with dealing with insurance and getting…read moreour house repaired. They said they'd do all the legwork with the insurance company and we didn't need to worry about any of that. Due to the number of tree strikes in the area and difficulty in getting lumber, we were told it would take a few months. We were patient. We received communication four months later stating we may have it finished before winter. It was December before their office even started trying to communicate with the insurance company and my repeated requests to send a signed invoice to the mortgage company to release the full 1/3 deposit was ignored And then forgotten. We were then told they'd need to redo the bid since prices had gone up since they'd seen our house last but that they had a start date in the near future. I was ecstatic and asked how I could send the initial deposit the bank sent (though not yet the full amount as the bank was waiting on a signed invoice from them). Then they told me that looking at their projects, they needed to make some decisions about where they could dedicate their time and they needed to decline working on ours after we had waited patiently for ten months for them to start. We had some frustrating back and forth conversations where they blamed it on the deposit (which they needed to communicate to the bank about to get the whole thing and hadn't) and I then received a call with an apology and a request for updated insurance information. I was told an old employee had messed a lot of things up but they'd get working on it. I sent everything they needed. Then silence. I asked for an update and then silence for another three weeks. It's now been a year since the initial quote with nothing done and no start date. I contacted another contractor and we now have a start date in three weeks. If they're going to continue to make promises to clients and take more on, they need to figure out how to get their crap together in a way that can make that happen so clients aren't treated like they don't matter. If I hadn't communicated my frustration, I don't think I would have ever received a reply and we'd be sitting here another year with a smashed roof, a broken fence, and a giant tree laying on our deck. There were a couple of really nice guys that I think have good intentions but the rest was just a cluster and no one should have to put up with that.
