Please understand that while we attempt to pick you up from your appointment on time, our ability to achieve this is not always under our control. Last Thursday, a client's doctor appointments were running 2 hours late. He is famous for double booking. The following day another doctor had to attend an emergency, and was running 3 hours late. This reeks havoc with our schedules, which need to be immediately reconfigured. This puts enormous stress on our schedulers and can result in delayed return trips, even though your own scheduled appointment is on time. For many of our clients, their time with us may be the only travel outside their residence for weeks. We strive to make your trip as enjoyable, comfortable and pleasant as possible.
