Shower was hot with good pressure. Beds and pillows were comfy. Room temp worked well. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was good, although I wish they would have real (not instant) oatmeal. Carpets were showing signs of wear. Had trouble opening door but needed to lift handle not push down. Little things that did not distract us from having a great night's sleep.

Bright, airy, with working heating and air conditioning. Soft bedding and both firm and soft pillows. The location was ideal as it was super close to the interstate and had several different restaurants within walking distance--both sit down restaurants and fast food. In room coffee pot did not work requested a new coffee pot but never got it. Checked in on the 7th had planned to stay until the 13 but due to my daughter feeling sick we left on the 12th but were still charged for the night of the 12th. The room was booked for 4 adults, only 2 towels were in the bathroom. Overall one of the worst stays ever. Next time we'll go to My Place it's right down the street.

She got us checked in with our cat ($25 for the cat) and helped us find a place to eat. She apologized for hat the back door was not working well and we had to get creative with holding it open to bring in our luggage, but otherwise this is a great place to stay when on the road. We will be back next time.
