Imagine three years ago you had BCBS health insurance and were on a amazing infusion for your arthritis, gut issues, and psoriasis. It had made you feel like a person again. You go move and go about your day. Then your husbands billion dollar company wants to use CIGNA. WORT MISTAKE THEY HAVE MADE. They completely took me off my infusion and would not cover it. They made me get on a NEW MEDICATION for a kick back i am sure, because we all know it still happens despite it being illegal. Then make me use a specialty pharmacy that SUCKS ASS. they delay, delay, delay, and take your money. DO NOT EVER USE CIGNA IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES :)

Then sent me a bill for monies they should have collected from my primary insurance company. I'm paying them $888.00 a month so I can do their paperwork. Now I have to pay them $400.00 for a mistake on their end and seek reimbursement from my primary insurance. Good thing I can float 400 between insurance companies. This seems unethical. I feel bad for seniors who have to deal with this company. The customer service people were awesome and wonderful. But this is not a customer service company. It's a billing company. They botched the billing and blaming the customer. This brings up a medical term "Gas Lighting". Do not be tricked in to their home delivery. They outsource to a very invasive system. I had to get an invoice adjusted after they sent meds by billing only themselves (Cigna) as my primary insurance. I spent an hour and 10 minutes on the phone being transferred 5 times. I had to talk to Cigna, Cigna Pharmacy Order, Cigna BIling , Accredo, Accredo Billing and back to Cigna all during the same call on the same invoice. Do your self a favor and fill your prescriptions locally from a non-profit pharmacy. This place is a dumpster fire. Express Scripts / Cigna mentioned by murder. The couple traveled in from Middle Tennessee and were intending to purchase my RV with the use of funds through State Farm Bank. Sam was put into a very difficult and uncomfortable situation due to a mistake by the bank that held the lien on my RV. (Bank of the West) There were several moving parts and Sam coordinated everything extremely well. Juggling of me (seller), the buyers, the couple's State Farm Agent's office in Middle TN, State Farm Bank AND Bank of the West. I have been in finance and banking for well over 15+ years. I will have to say that Sam did an exceptional job handling this situation and went above and beyond what I think most agents would do. What makes her efforts very impressive is the fact that I am NOT a client of Mansour Hasan State Farm, and to make it even more impressive... I am not a client of State Farm, period. I selected Mansour's office to handle this transaction because I have always heard positive things. Not many insurance companies or even State Farm branches would extend the professionalism and support Sam and Mansour have exhibited. As VP of a service provider company myself, it seems we only ever hear the horror stories of poor customer service, missteps, and miscommunications.
