Awful place. My insurer sent me here and wrote a letter for the consultant. After waiting over an…read morehour I was told by the consultant that I should not have been directed here and that they could not see me. Why would you make me wait for over an hour to say that? The consultant was quite sarcastic and rude. I wish the receptionists were the consultants as they had a much better 'bedside manner'. I hope I never have to go back there again. The thought of it makes me feel ill :(

My friend's international insurance is listed as covering care here, but she went and they asked for 2,000 CHF BEFORE ANY TREATMENT. We don't even have this much money to our name. This is such an infuriating and disgusting practice. Even the American healthcare system is better than this and it is awful.
