You can say despite my younger age; I'm pretty knowledgable of hospitals here with personal experience. A family of a close friend of mine was treated here in the oncology unit and praises this hospital very much for the support they had given her. They have done a great job in dealing with the situation and giving full thorough analysis/updates... I have also been treated here in their internal medicine unit after seeing 4 different doctors in a month my friend had recommended me to come here. I didn't understand how to see someone to treat me here without not going to the ER (I always feel those are more appropriate for heart attacks and serious injuries) but was able to easily navigate through this place by going to the main entrance and then getting redirected. They saw how sick I was and immediately placed me in despite the fact I was a walk in on a Monday (after a weekend). The doctor I saw was extremely thorough and did a full background assessment to piece the puzzle together. He did a great job dealing w the forensics of the situation and asked a lot of good questions that gave rise to the diagnosis. I am very impressed because most of the family doctors want to "phaff" you off immediately by saying you have a problem, take these pills (and we will charge you and make money from it), take lots of blood and other tests to charge you, and then tells you go home, and you will be well in 3-5 days. Well, I had gone through this four times and still no sign of improvement. My doctor here was able to tell me they were wrong, it could be a while and it is uncertain. He also was very helpful to look at all my meds and told me some of the meds I was being prescribed were wrong (I didn't even need them) or dangerous meds with bad side effects. The differentiating factor? They are a university hospital. So they practice the university mind set: research, and educate; or in my instance, research my case and educate the patient to improve the situation. This is the best way in my opinion to help everyone, and I feel happier already just knowing more about my diagnosis than to be "phaffed" off.

No medical attention was given all night (7 hours) at the emergency. My husband has serious skin…read moreproblem we can yesterday then the did tests and discharged him and said if it gets worst come back. It spreaded more and got worst. Nurse checked the vitals and asked to wait after 4 hours wait AT THE EMERGENCY. We waited another 3 hours, no doctor. After spending all night in the hospital we are leaving the hospital unattended

I know, it's a bit weird to make a review of an hospital but..... why not!!! I had to go there…read moretwice recently and I must say "Bravo". As soon as they realized that German was not my first language their switch to English or french, which was highly appreciated went you're not feeling good. Both time, the waiting time was more then reasonable and the personal was very friendly and helpful. So if you ever have to go to this hospital, which I hope won't happen, you will be well taken care of. You won't have to worry, they know what they are doing.

The staff are courteous and friendly, and the doctors on staff are highly trained; they are globally leading experts in their respective specialties. While I would love to name each nurse individually, I fear leaving someone out unintentionally. What I can say with certainty is that every member of your team went above and beyond. They were attentive, compassionate, and deeply observant of patients' needs. Small yet meaningful acts--like helping me with my shoes or applying cream to my foot--were done with such kindness and care. Most importantly, their warmth and professionalism made it easier to smile, even in a challenging environment. Mental health treatment can be daunting, but the care team created an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and genuine care. For that, I will always be grateful. Please extend my thanks to everyone who played a role in my care. Their dedication does not go unnoticed.
