I texted the number provided, called the number provided, sent an email to him and to this day a month later, I still haven't heard back from him. No apologies, no reschedule, no action of a refund. He told my friend he would pay me back and never did. Listen, anyone seeking council may be in a vulnerable place. This line of work requires trust and not taking advantage of people in their vulnerability. I believe he is talented but lacks in business. If you choose to see him definitely do not pay before your service.... Buyer be warned. I also gave him plenty of grace and kindness in the chance he could make up for it or repay me. It saddens me to write this as I was really looking forward to our session. I saw Joshua at Mediums with a Message and loved his energy and validations. I booked a session with him, he cancelled the session an hour before, with no explanation as to why. I've sent several follow up emails and Instagram messages and no response. It's incredibly unprofessional, let alone the emotional yo-yo that goes into booking a reading (needed for some deep healing), wait several months for the reading and then have him no show with no explanation. I paid for a reading and the day of the reading, at the very last minute it was rescheduled without even saying anything. I reached out - no answer. The new date didn't work for me so I cancelled the session. I assumed I would've gotten my money back - I didn't. Fast forward 3 months and I have emailed 3 times and called and NOTHING! He basically took my 120 bucks and called it a day. I heard from a friend that he was really good. I decided to pay and make the appointment as grief can do that. The time of the appointment came and no phone call. I tried to contact him through Facebook, email, phone and text with no response. I finally had to dispute the charges with PayPal to get my money back. Update-I received no communication whatsoever from him. I didn't even know he was having surgery. His website still allowed or appointments to be made and still took my payment. His response to my review is the first time I have ever heard from him after all this. Second update- the post about his surgery was many days after the appointment that I scheduled. So no I did not know until many days after. There was no communication. Again...I called, emailed, texted and sent message on Facebook and got no response. Had I known about the surgery I would have known there would be no way he could do a reading. The business still took my money and I had to dispute it to get it back. I paid Joshua-John for an hour session more than one year ago and have yet to receive a reading. I have had *four* appointments scheduled and he was a no-show for each and every one. The last one I had booked was for 8/20. I explained to him my son had just been killed in a motorcycle accident and I was really looking forward to connecting with him. On 8/13 I received an appointment confirmation. Joshua Johns was not only a no-show AGAIN, he never responded to the multiple texts, emails, I sent referring to the scheduled appointment. I have requested a refund on 3 different occasions and never received any response let alone my money. He of all people should know how his clients look forward to and plan everything around this session. He disappointed me for the last time on Sunday. This happened to me as well but fortunately I had a friend who had his contact information and she had asked him to connect with me. Long story short, we rescheduled for the following week. I had a great session! I would say about 80% of what we discussed really resonated with me! I have to think about some of his other questions / comments that didn't make sense then, but might after giving them more thought and consideration. My teenage daughter came into my room while I was on this call and Joshua-John was so cordial and thoughtful and quickly involved her in the conversation, which she really enjoyed! Joshua is the real deal... period. Last year I saw Joshua at a psychic fair three months after my daughter got read by him. Her reading was so on point and accurate and she was still shaken by it weeks later.. (in a good way.) a few months later I decided that I wanted to see him, for no reason in particular I didn't go in with any expectations but right at the beginning of my reading he was getting information which I realized was for my husband who was sitting in the lobby waiting for me. Joshua-John came to Bend in May of this year, 2019, and did a group session, contacting those who have passed on. I had heard wonderful things about him, but am always a bit reserved in my expectations, until I met him. My own intuition confirmed that he was highly in tune and as I waited my turn, listening to the way he connected with others loved ones, I became more certain. When he got to me, he immediately nailed the essence of 3 people I've lost,both my parents, and my dear friend and soul mate, Brad, none of whom I'd discussed with him in any way. My overbearing mother, who he described as pushing her way to the front to talk to me. She would do that. Also, he knew about a brother named David with whom I don't speak, and the desire of both my parents for me to connect with him. Ultimately, I wanted to connect to my beloved Brad.
