I communicated with Ken back and forth a couple of times via text before I finally brought my 1987 Sea Swirl in and met him. After speaking with him and meeting him, I could tell Ken is an honest guy who doesn't try to upsell you or make you pay for repairs you don't need. Much like with automobiles, I'm not mechanically inclined so I have to rely on mechanics who know what they are doing and trust they won't rip me off. I got the sense from dealing with Ken I wouldn't have to worry about that. He helped me get my boat up and running after it had sat unused for about 18 years. Luckily, he said the motor and most of the boat were in good shape and all it needed was some new fittings and parts and it was up and running. He also fixed the floor in the boat because rot had damaged a section. I was able to take the boat out with my family and let our daughter experience boating on the water. I plan to continue to have my boat serviced/winterized with Ken.

I thought at first there was an error, so I contacted Nikki and explained that I hadn't received payment. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Months went by without payment. A couple weeks ago, I emailed her again asking for my payment cause its been almost a year. And again, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that if I didn't receive my payment for the shops I completed, I would be contacting Storage Rentals of America and requesting payment from them since the three shops were for their company. She replied If I contacted Storage Rentals of America because of this situation, she would contact schedulers with other companies and have me blacklisted. I refuse to be blackmailed by company that scams mystery shoppers
