Charmaine fits my bill. So far I have had a couple of wonderful facials and, yes, glowed afterwards. I really saw an improvement. Owing covid I've not enjoyed a facial for a few years, but even so... Also some needle-work, just one session to help with some facial redness, mild rosacea at times, age spots and some spider veins around nose and chin. There has been a great improvement in all areas. The salon is small, not too small. With a relaxing lounge. Music in rooms is adjustable which matters to me. Decor is attractive, relaxing and tasteful. Treatments such as: IPL Lumecca for redness and sun damage/Fractora RF Needling (anti ageing)/Forma Skin-tightening and Bodyfx Treatments (for spot fat reduction) also offered. They sell the products they use, and much more: all reputable and worthy: creams, serums, etc. Zo by Zein Obagi for example. I also had a very interesting test done before hand. $75 and it gave a detailed description in pictures of my skin today. A good thing and, with expert help, I now know better how to improve and stop the rot! I'd had one done about 8 years' ago. The equipment has improved immeasurably since then and I was actually happy to see where things stood years' on. I'd certainly take Charmaine's advice on improvements that can be made relatively easily within a budget. I would trust her evaluation and any recommendations even though we've been together for a short of time. I know 10 out of 10 when I see it! I look forward every time to entering their door. So glad to have found them, tucked away, but downtown central in a lovely area in the inner harbour next to the Grand Pacific hotel. So glad they got through the pandemic and are still thriving in Victoria for us.
