Jesse and crew did a complete tear-off, sheeted with plywood, and put on new shingles - and they did it in four days! It was a quality job with all of the nice finishing so it looks very polished. The price was very reasonable. Jesse has good relationships with his suppliers so the materials were reasonably priced. In the end, the price was exactly what he quoted so there were no surprises. They are efficient and do quality work; we plan to work with Jesse again on future remodel projects. BTW - he and his crew will travel. We found J V Construction after seeing them work on a house down the street from us and we are located in Berkeley, CA

The costs were well over twice the original estimate. They presented a presentation which was art work, no plans. I had to decline. The final bill was over $2500.00 for high level drawings and art work for a plan that never stood a chance of being within the original discussion.
