Because she couldn't understand how my symptoms were connected, she instead chose to only concentrate on one of them, telling me I must be imagining the other one (sudden and severe acne!) Also, there is nothing free about this clinic, I went in on a Saturday and was charged nearly 40 Euro (an extra cost that wasn't mentioned beforehand) only to be given a prescription for something that is available to buy anywhere, which I have tried before and hasn't worked. You'd be better off going to another clinic with an experienced doctor who will actually listen to your symptoms, won't try to gaslight you and tell you it's in your head if they don't understand what's wrong with you (although perhaps if you're a man you'll have more chance of getting her to listen to you) and will probably charge you less.

He is nice very welcoming and explains you every procedure/step in any of his interventions. I had the chance to deliver my baby with him and it was really nice. He focused on the baby but also on the mother. He understands your concerns and is available by phone at almost any hour. The only negative point of O+ is sometimes the secretariat because in my view they give you appointments at a certain hour and then you need to wait long but lately it has improved.

I did not appreciate my consultation because the doctor was in a rush - she did not ask me basic questions to know about my background and above all she did not care about me as a patient. She told me I could return there in one year and did not leave "the door open" for me tu return before in case I had any problem. I thought all the approach during the (quick) consultation would be understandable in a public hospital but not in private practice. The waiting time outside was longer than my consultation and examination... Will (definitely) look for another doctor.
