Helaas zijn de mensen die de telefoon opnemen vaak erg onbeleefd in mijn ervaring. Dit is inmiddels al meerdere keren gebeurd en daarom laat ik nu toch een review achter. Le dentiste n'a pas vu que la joue avait été cousue avec là gencive qques jours plus tôt par un autre dentiste tout aussi incompétent.

With the pain on my gum I took the 81 from my house to get there. The clinic is close to the bus station and tube. At the main reception I've talked with the receptionist explaining my problem and he told me to pay 110€ (I've paid cash)as I 'm not from Belgium but you can use your tax code (mine is from Italy) and get a refund from your dentist. He did the X ray immediately and after 20 minutes the dentist visited me. She cut the gum and clean the abcess and also she prescribed me an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory and she told me the next step to do after the visit. She was nice and very clear to me. She also tried to speak English as I didn't know French very well! This place is open 24/ 7 for dental emergencies and this is so good, also If you need anything urgent you can go there and find someone that can look at your problem. I recommend this place!

I had a good conversation with the anesthesist (very friendly man) and I discussed the whole procedure with Dr Danau. The surgery mattress was very comfortable (warm). The nurse gave me a pretty feeling. Around 1 pm I was in the recovery room: head professional taped and eyelids covered. 1 hour later I was ready for going home to start with the recovery. I went several times back for follow up (included in the price) eg removal from the band aid, check status, removal from dreads, ... I have no negative points to add : friendly staff and they know their business very well. Location is very good. Enough free parking. I would recommend it to other people.
