1 ster gaat helaas naar de telefonistes. Het ziekenhuis zelf is een zeer goed ziekenhuis en daar ben ik erg tevreden over. Helaas zijn de mensen die de telefoon opnemen vaak erg onbeleefd in mijn ervaring. Dit is inmiddels al meerdere keren gebeurd en daarom laat ik nu toch een review achter. My husband and I were evacuated from a cruise and he was taken to this hospital where he remained for a month. The medical care was exceptional and the staff attentive and compassionate. Our guardian angels were watching over us when we we were sent there. read more

After living in Brussels for the last ten years, one gets to think that having to wait several weeks for a scanner or for an appointment is a normal think; not to mention the rudeness of the staff and doctors. Until I called Saint Vincent hospital in Antwerp for a MRI; I got an appointment within 3 days. Staff very friendly and happy to speak English (for those not speaking Flemish).
