She repeatedly emphasized that she has worked for Dr. Kraft for 30 years and therefore "knows," instead of listening to my concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should not be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially when discussing medical guidance from another physician. The interaction left a very poor impression.

Dr Jen is incredibly thorough, detail oriented, and meticulous. Now 3 months post-op, I am genuinely thrilled with my results. I feel refreshed and more confident, while still looking like myself. My nurse Anna was wonderful. before and after surgery, she gave me clear, knowledgeable explanation of what to expect, including the swelling process and what would happen during the first few days of recovery. knowing what was normal and what to expect made me feel safe throughout the healing process. Helen, the consultant, was incredibly responsive when I developed an allergy two weeks after surgery over a weekend, which made me feel very reassured. I received lip filler here last August and am only writing a review now because I have recently…read moreseen a real doctor and had the irregularities fixed and a more transparent experience. First, a wait time of over an hour is ridiculous. I should have been tipped off immediately for what I was in for however by the alarmingly cheap price and their inability to tell me what product the filler is, only that it was HA. (I would later see on their Instagram some months later they got "juvederm" in but a google search revealed the type they got is what anyone can order offline) I waited in the small waiting area for an hour and then was put in a hallway for over an hour with numbing cream. I was back there so long it wore off and needed to be reapplied. When I was eventually seen, the service was rushed and painful. I noticed the filler was in insulin needles (attached a screen cap from their Instagram that is recent within the last couple months) Regardless I went back a couple weeks later for a touch up (another hour plus wait) and Mimi was sick and obviously distracted including checking her phone after she had put gloves on. She proceeded to really only top up one side of my lips leaving them quite uneven. Unfortunately I don't have any close up pictures because I didn't want to look at them honestly. When I went to see and actual plastic surgeon to fix the irregularities- which she noticed right off the bat, she also remarked on lumpiness and possible granulomas/ nodularity. I'm just happy it has started to dissolve as I was worried for a while it was silicone because of their inability to inform me of a brand name at the time.

Purchased a…read moreGroupon online, scheduled an appointment for the weekend, and was called 2 days in advance to come in on a Friday instead (as if people don't have work in the daytime). On top of that, the person over the phone started listing out the fees for each service that were due - $10 per service + 18% minimum tipping on the full price of the service. Before they finished, they put me on hold for an extended period of time. At that point, I hung up and contacted Groupon for a refund. The lack of professionalism was astounding as was the adamant demand for an 18% tip before services rendered. Ridiculous.

So I said fine I will pay $25 deposit and then pay $100 in person. I guess On saturday a different Head Receptionist called and said they had to cancel our appointment and then said that the price is actually $104. I didn't bother fighting it, I just let it go. But I was annoyed that at the last minute our appointment was cancelled at least they called us. Well, when we got there for our rescheduled appointment, they told us everything is cash even gratuity did they tell you that? I said no. So we had to walk to the nearest Bank to take out cash. I wish they told us that on the phone that was very important. When we got in, we didn't get greeted with wine or anything. Just Hello if you need restroom its at the end of hall. The ladies were friendly and I have no doubt-- hard workers. Cons: I still had soap or white residue on my face from the facial. I thought it was fuzz from the clean pads but when I put water on it to remove the residue it smeared and had a little soapy substance. Ugh. My FH mentioned as we were eating at a restaurant after, that I had white stuff on my face. :( So I didn't care for the following but if you are going to include wine then you should pour us a glass because its service to us. We shouldn't pour our own--At a restaurant, the waiter/waitress ALWAYS pour us the glass. It's etiquette. Pros: Massage with great. Joanna is good. She didn't go above and beyond but she did a really good job--even with gloves on. She asked for our preferences and what kind of massage we wanted. The place was clean and looks modern inside.
