I would give them a 0 if there was one. Horrible place, horrible staff and management. Rude, familiar and simply unprofessional.

I really wanted to love this place but after a lot of consideration.. it's not my cup of tea. I…read moredon't mind paying more money when it makes sense but tipping for retail + when I can find the same item for half the price elsewhere.. well, the math speaks for itself. There are so many different products to be found & I may still visit for a couple here & there but I'd defintely recommend trying other sites for price comparisons first. Clean place, polite customer service, tough parking.

Great shop! I love the mission of eco-friendly cleaning products, I've been searching for a new…read moregood shop since coming to LA and I think this will be my spot. I ordered gloves, a bottle brush, dish brush, and pot brushes. Gloves and dish & bottle brushes were all great. Well-made and no plastic in the brushes which I really appreciate, as other stores sometimes have a wood handle but plastic bristles. The pot brushes were unfortunately terrible. I got multiple because I use one for cleaning my sink and one for pots. Both dissolved upon contact, spraying little chunks of bristle and just generally being a nightmare. They didn't clean very well either. I will be ordering again but next time will probably skip those and look for a different solution for hard-bristled brush. I ordered local delivery, and they reached out and asked if they could ship it instead. I'm fine supporting the Postal Service. I had tipped for delivery, and they said the tip would go "to the team." Slightly weird just because I wouldn't normally tip for retail, but ok, I don't mind supporting a small sustainable business. Next time I'll opt for delivery to avoid the oddness. Again overall I had a very positive experience; any criticism is in good faith because I love this store's mission and I want to continue to support it! Thank you Sustain LA for doing what you do.

If you're unfortunately dealing with workers compensation or any sort of urgent care injury, the…read moreConcentra in Little Tokyo is a solid option that offers clean, no frills, care with very kind staff. There's a parking garage attached with parking validation, and the Concentra is located on floor 6 inside the apartment complex. The front desk staff, physical therapists, and nurses are all very supportive and sweet. The doctors are kind but not the fastest, so appointments tend to run behind.

I arrived shortly after 3 PM and asked the receptionist (seated directly by the entrance) if I could walk in and verify my insurance coverage. She told me to sit and wait while she checked, but did not take my name, insurance card, or any information. Within five minutes, I went back to politely ask if she needed my information to verify anything, since they had no way to identify or contact me. I was again told to just sit and wait. After sitting for almost a half hour with no updates, I approached a third time. The same receptionist appeared confused, as if she had forgotten about me. Another staff member then informed me that they do not accept walk-ins after 2 PM. This was the first time anyone mentioned that policy. We had been sitting there the entire time (I was in pain) without being told we were ineligible to be seen. A simple explanation upon arrival would have prevented the wasted time. It is extremely disappointing to be actively in pain, seeking medical attention, and to be met with indifference and a dismissive apology. The lack of communication and visible concern made the experience feel even more disheartening. In a healthcare setting, patients deserve clarity, professionalism, and basic compassion. Unfortunately, that was not reflected in this visit.
