When the patient was initially dropped off, the man wheeling him in screamed out the name and said "see yah buddy" and quickly left out of the office without even ensuring this was the correct office or that the patient was comfortable. He actually just left the patient in the middle of the waiting room. During the patients visit, I had to call this company 4 times -- the first 3 times when I introduced myself calling from a doctors office I was hung up on. The fourth time, I decided to say "good afternoon, can you hear me?" thinking it could be a possibility their phones weren't functional. Once the dispatcher confirmed she could hear me, I told her I was being hung up on and I just wanted to confirm that our patient would be picked back up. She responded with "well I don't know who he is". I think this sort of snarky, disrespectful, apathetic and miserable attitude is not only unprofessional but disgusting. I would be infuriated if I found out a loved one of mine needed to use this service and was being treated this way. After I confirmed with her the patient would be picked up, I asked for an ETA and she simply responded "well I don't know but they'll be there". I let the patient know what the dispatcher told me and after about 20 minutes I gave them another call at the patients request to try again to obtain an ETA. The dispatcher then told me that the driver was making a nearby drop off and would be coming to pickup the patient next. I asked her if she knew specifically where that drop off was (so that I could get a better grasp of when the patient would be picked up) and she nastily replied "he is in the area". Neither the dispatchers or the man that brought the patient in gave me their names, and I wish they did because they do not deserve to be in this sort of business. People who utilize transportation services deserve respect, kindness, and empathy. This company cannot even spell these basic requirements.

I could not eat or drink anything the night before since I was having surgery with anesthesia the next day. By the time I finally got back it was early evening. The dispatcher was very rude on the phone as well. Could their male driver not simply change the flat tire or gotten an expedited service if he was incapable of doing this simple task? Does this company not have a backup plan or alternatives in times of vehicle or other issues? If you want dependable service I suggest you go elsewhere.

My mom was recovering in a wheel chair post-surgery and needed to be driven by medical transport to her appointments at Georgetown Hospital. CMT was called by her rehab center and I have kept their information for any future needs by our family. We have been so impressed with CMT's professionalism and attention to detail and both drivers who picked us up (Ray and Bilal) were exceptionally kind. On both her pick up trips, they arrived early and brought my mom to her appointments with time to spare. I also really appreciated how careful they were when transporting my mom as they buckled her in with so many restraints. Their drivers are also very skilled and expertly navigated really terrible traffic and drove cautiously so their passengers weren't jostled -no small feat in DC traffic! We are so happy we found CMT and will plan to use them whenever we need medical transport again - It is such a relief to know who to call.

My initial office visit and consultation was with Dr. Jessica Korman at 10215 Fernwood Road, Bethesda location - was very unsettling, and to make it even worse, she was 1.5 hours late. *Note - this practice does not validate your parking ticket* Then, Dr. Korman rushed through my medical records I'd brought with me, she told me nothing I couldn't have found on WebMD. It seems her sole purpose was to get me scheduled for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy, yet she never once during our 7 minute consultation examined me - not even lifted up my blouse and touched my stomach. So it begs to wonder why she wanted to do an endoscopy to begin with. Needless to say, the appointment I scheduled for the upper and lower procedures - I cancelled as soon as I got home. Maybe the other Doctors in the practice were better - but I was too scared to find out. I decided to go with a GI doc from Johns Hopkins and she was did a complete workup before she scoped me, found the problem in my lower GI and now I'm good as new.

The aides were caught more than once sleeping on the hob during the day shift, they were late on many days and the aides kept nagging us to hire them outside of the service. The final straw came when an aide failed to arrive for her all day shift this past Wednesday. Then, the same evening, the aide arrived more than an hour later. We were paying them about $10,000 a month for aide services. Imagine the "care" one would get from them if we were a smaller client.

They gave us tons of information about the symptoms my husband was experiencing and what to expect in terms of improvement. They measured his baseline and we were able to see how he got better over time thanks to their help. I can highly recommend this company as I can imagine they have other equally good therapists in their employ.
