The staff instructed me to pull the car up next to their front entrance where an RN in full PPE had me fill out some papers and then did the actual swab. It was uncomfortable but painless and I never had to get out of my car. After two days they called me with the results; well within the stringent time limit of 48 hours before surgery. If you have to get it done then this is a really good spot with timely results and very little contact.

The nurse said that she and another co-nurse would make sure my parents were comfortable. More unexpectedly, the doctor who performed the procedure called me just to make sure everyone was on the same page. A 1 hour or greater wait time is normal to them and people should not complain (on what planet?). Rude signs posted on entrance door to patient rooms stating if you don't have good personal hygiene you may be refused treatment. When sick or in need of help, no appointments available for at least a week or more. Cannot stress enough how absolutely unprofessional and awful this office is. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to put enough emphasis on it. The ONLY reason I gave it one star on the review is because it requires at least 1 star. If not, I would have given it 0 stars. I was there as long as they. When I was taken back, nearly every room had a patient in it. It is called triage. It is this way in all local hospitals. Most serious patients will be taken back before you if you do not meet the " as serious" criteria. After being seen by the doctor who ordered various tests, waiting for the results, and starting treatment, I was admitted several hours after I first got there. That is the way it works nowadays and thankfully so. I was there for 3 days. At no point did I receive anything but the best of care! And be aware, the Emergency Staff are not employed by the hospital, but a third party.

I chose my insurance plan under the impression that my doctors were covered. Later, these doctors' offices let me know that they had broken the partnership with PHP months before I even was shopping for insurance. Currently, they still have doctors listed that don't accept my insurance. It's like a bait and switch scheme...with no switch. Many of the doctors/physicians groups have told me that they don't work with PHP anymore because they weren't getting paid. I can't say that I blame them. When I've complained to PHP about this, I've been met with complacency and rudeness. The insurance is nothing short of a scam.
