When I got home, I knew to be on the safe side to get it checked out. So, I went to this new place. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They took me back as soon as I finished signing in. My pain made my blood pressure go through the roof. They got me calmed down and sent me to imaging. They x-rayed my right hand, hip and knee. Thank God, no breaks-only contusions. Then I went back to my room and waited for a pretty short time. They told me, rest, ice and Motrin. I stayed home today and did just that. I already feel much better and I will return to work tomorrow. If I ever have another emergency, I will come back here. PS:whomever clicked that this was funny-it was not.

The doctor was professional and thorough with the physical exam. The facility is clean. I was able to get in and out of there in about 1.5 hours total. Remember to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for them to update your medical record. The only problem I had with them was getting a copy of my chest x-ray report. They were able to get me a copy of the report in 2 weeks, but it was very blurry and difficult to read. My school rejected the report and required me to submit a clearer version. I had to contact the clinic multiple times, and it took almost an entire month to finally receive a new report. It was fortunate for me that I didn't need the report right away to clear a hold on my school account for class registration. So the moral of the story is if you need test results/reports ASAP, this might not be the best clinic.

I had multiple visits of once or twice per month since 2/24. They told me my request had to go to their corporate office for which they did not have a contact number and there was not a website. I contacted my insurance and requested assistance. Humana contacted them on my behalf and they told them the same thing. Customer service at Humana couldn't believe what they were saying. The agent ended up filling a formal complaint regarding this issue. I would not recommend anyone go to this office for treatment. If you want to stay alive, go anywhere else.

They have the correct record pulled up but always say the wrong name. They don't mispronounce the name. They literally call for one of my children who isn't there. I didn't even know this location existed as it is tucked behind other businesses off Beach Boulevard. But I was pleased it was only 6 minutes from my house. Dr Joseph replied to my request to switch my care to her office quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment the following day after submitting the request. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly welcome by the nice receptionist. I waited roughly 10 minutes to be taken into the exam room where I discussed my current medications with a nurse. Dr Joseph was thorough, discussing all my health concerns and suggesting some lifestyle changes to help lower my cholesterol and lose weight. I left the appointment feeling good about my decision to start seeing Dr Joseph. When I checkout, we scheduled my annual physical in August.

My doctor was switched and I was never informed until I arrived at my appointment today. My doctor no longer works here (Dr.Yoder) was my physician The doctor (PA) Sonila Musta Kina that I saw today is the absolute WORST doctor I've ever encountered! She was very dismissive, she took me off of medications that I've been on for years (I have Lupus and fighting to not get stomach cancer) but because she doesn't like them she removed them and said that I need a specialist to get those medications.. this is the same office that have refilled my medications plenty of times before. Fast forward I then heard her kindly speak to other patients (ones that skin isn't like mine) and it was a completely different tone. I don't know if she ended up given them just as bad service and care as she did me but I will NEVER see her again (I rather die). Then I requested to speak to the office manager and she wasn't no help.. the PA really got nasty after I wanted to speak to the office manager. While I was never a patient there, St.Vincent's has been phenomenal in taking care of my boyfriend and my Mother when they had issues. It never dawned on me that behind the hospital in the Joe Adams building they were seeing people for everyday care. I went in and the staff were so friendly, seeing that I was a new patient. I had requested they send me all the new patient paperwork in the mail so that I could fill it out ahead of time, especially the medical records transfer and they did this in a matter of days. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. My new doctor, Dr. Katie Longo, might be slightly younger than me but she was so helpful an courteous. We reviewed all my old records and anything that may have come up since my last doctor's visit and she put everything in the system. She also informed me that I don't need certain exams as often as I had been going prior. I wish my old doctor had told me that. I could have saved myself unnecessary trips. I really like her and I love how it's so close to me now. I would definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone.
