I had gone there before for the same issue and they have always, at least, checked my settings and refreshed my signal to the local towers. Not this time, the representative was rude from the minute I walked in. I told him I had an appointment and he made a rude comment saying I didn't. He refused to even look at my phone telling me to call the customer service line. I confirmed that he wouldn't even look at it and he said No! I then mentioned going to AT&T and his response was, "go over there then". I said I would be taking 6 lines with me and he barked, "that's fine"! I went to AT&T and it has been amazing customer service and great phone service.
