Not only did Robin help me with this issue, but he also made sure my laptop was secure, and he showed me pointers to help me use my Mac more efficiently. He really knows his stuff! I highly recommend him, and even though he does charge an hourly rate, it's well worth it! He spent years at IBM and some time at Apple too, so he can figure out your problem--rest assured.

Every year I have to call to try to avoid the price increase. Pretty much have to demand to talk to a supervisor to get anything done. Pretty much have to bundle the TV and internet, but basic TV does not even include all of the local channels. If I had another choice I would take it!
