We needed to come back after purchasing for pick-up, and when we arrived back staff went out of their way to help us get the tree bundled up for a safe ride home. The instructions they provided were extremely helpful in the planting and care, and extensive (in a positive way). The tree was also cheaper than anticipated, and far larger than I believed our price range would accommodate.

Apparently, they'd rather have staff handle customer service issues. 2. There is no resolution, no call, no replacement-nothing. 3. Customer service is a one way street. Apparently, there is no concern for the customer, just the bottom line. Very disappointing.
