Mozilla Firefox worked for a few minutes and then would hang up. Uninstalled it and reinstalled with the same result. Took it to these folks and they said there was something corrupt in Mozilla. They tried it for a few minutes and it was fine. Got it back to the office with the same result. After 10 minutes it started locking up. Googled problem and it instructed that that version of Mozilla was not compatible with windows 10. Stated you had to download firefox 40 and set it as default. Did this and everything is working fine. Called to talk to owner who would never return my call. Finally talked to a smart ass and told him he just lost 4 customers. He just laughed. $150 for crappy zero work.. Dad has always been reasonable. Smart ass, not so much so. Bye Bye!!!

She gave me a quick fix until I could have it potentially repaired at home ( if I chose to do so ) . Plus , she gave me several pointers and tips if I ended up deciding to buy a new laptop. They are just a short drive away from the beach and are at a residence . But, that shouldn't be an issue for anyone with this kind of service !
