Have dealt with these people for several years. Have always been pleased except when talking to I think a person who is the owners son. Downloaded windows 10 from 7 OS. Mozilla Firefox worked for a few minutes and then would hang up. Uninstalled it and reinstalled with the same result. Took it to these folks and they said there was something corrupt in Mozilla. They tried it for a few minutes and it was fine. Got it back to the office with the same result. After 10 minutes it started locking up. Googled problem and it instructed that that version of Mozilla was not compatible with windows 10. Stated you had to download firefox 40 and set it as default. Did this and everything is working fine. Called to talk to owner who would never return my call. Finally talked to a smart ass and told him he just lost 4 customers. He just laughed. $150 for crappy zero work.. Dad has always been reasonable. Smart ass, not so much so. Bye Bye!!! read more

Brought my computer in last year and they replaced my hard drive. Today my computer wouldn't start. I tried everything that I knew. Took it in and they had it going in less than 5 minutes. Good people to deal with. read more

I called in advance to see if they could help fix my printer. I was told yes, so I brought it to the store this morning. I should have known better because in the middle of the store was a giant pile of old computers 3 ft. high and 10 ft. across. It was messy and totally unorganized. The man who was looking at my printer put it on top of a pile if papers and a clip board on the front counter. He changed the ink cartridge in the black and tried to tell me the print head was ruined. He hooked it up to his computer and got the black to print, but the next color test the paper got jammed because the printer was stacked on top of the junk on the counter. Instead of the man pulling the paper jam out correctly, he pulled the paper from underneath and dislodged a roller and spring. He tried to put it back and he broke out a roller cover from the back. He tried to put it back correctly but failed. There was also a broken spring and roller that had become out of place when he forced the cover into place. The printer was now making noises and jamming paper. Then the guy says it's not his fault. I said that it was not doing that before we brought it in to him. Then he tried to sell me a used printer like mine for $100. I think he broke the printer on purpose to try to sell one to me. Then he charged $25 for his time. What a joke. read more
