They are personal and courteous, and their care and concern are evident in the conversations I have with them, their friendliness, and their targeted questioning meant to provide me with the best care possible. I appreciate the time and clarity Dr. Holten provided in my initial appointments, during which he educated me about my health status, explained how the HWC methods would be applied to best meet my health needs, and defined reasonable expectations and outcomes. I appreciate the expertise of Dr. Jack, and I am continually amazed by the breadth of his knowledge and skill in not only identifying problem areas in my back/neck but also in his ability to intricately apply very targeted adjustments to specific problem areas.
