I am a month post op and have not had one bad experience. My recovery has been more than positive. I'm already off almost all of my medications!!! Did a virtual appointment before getting a EGD to see if I had a hiatal hernia which I already knew…read moreI had. He said it was small and didn't need to remove or do anything with during the sleeve procedure. I had given him a list of my medicines which shown I had been on acid reflux medication for a long time, but he agreed the sleeve would be a good choice. Got the sleeve done in July 2025. I had to spend 2 nights in the hospital following surgery because I don't deal well with anesthesia so after being rushed to walk around and also drink, I kept vomiting. Got that under control finally and was able to come home. Come October I started having horrible acid reflux. I couldn't eat, talk, or walk without vomiting. I called his office and went to see him. His words were "I am not saying you are lying, but I don't see anything wrong." On the edge of crying because what am I supposed to do now. He did up my stomach pill so now I am taking 80 mg of it in the morning and in the evening. Which by the way my insurance isn't covering this dose because well it is just uncalled for. Now I am on the schedule with the PA. I see her the next couple times. Come February 2026 visit I get a call to confirm my appointment and to pay my copay of $40 but I am in another doctor appointment so I cannot answer at that time. They leave a message. Before I am out of this appointment, I am looking at my email's and I see they canceled my appointment because I didn't call back and pay my co-pay. I called them back when I was out and asked why and that is what they told me. So we schedule for the following week. Not thinking the day they would call to collect my co-pay would be another day I would be in another appointment. Sure, enough the same thing happened. After this round of canceling, I decided at this moment they are not there to treat me, they are there to collect my money. I need a doctor who cares about my health not my money.

They sent me intake forms ahead of time so check in was a breeze and there was lots of parking out front. A nurse practitioner placed my IV and started my treatment. It's been a few days now since my treatment and I've been feeling great.

I was absolutely terrified to make the decision to have surgery. I'm so happy that when I finally…read morewas ready for it, Arch Bariatrics was available. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a Doctor. Surgery was not pushed on me at all by them. They made sure I was educated so I could make the best decision. The actual surgery experience itself was a breeze compared to what I thought it would be. My scars are barely even visible. Dr. Chinnappan is extremely talented! The staff here is super friendly and they usually pick up the phone super quickly. If I had to do it all over again the only thing I would change is deciding todo it sooner! I'd choose Dr. Chinnappan every time and I've recommended him to so many people. Not only is he incredible but the self pay price is actually affordable compared to a lot of other doctors. So worth it! My life is so different now.

It's…read moregoing on two weeks now trying to get my script refilled - this happens every month and clearly messes with my diet. Secretary won't answer emails for days or a week, when she does it's like pulling teeth to get the appointment scheduled. Had an appointment for 10 am this morning, confirmed to her I wanted the appointment. I should've known, she claims she got no confirmation of the appointment. I've been seeing Dr Laffey for over a year and can count on one hand the times I've not been pushed off to schedule a monthly appointment and ESPECIALLY to get my script refilled. It's killing my experience, I've recommended the office to countless people and had two start the program. I don't do reviews, but for months I've been debating it and after today I think it is more than fair to do so. -Also, the office is not the one seen in these photos. The pictures of what I'm guessing is the previous office shows a bigger and nicer office than the current.

Within three visits, each about a week apart the combination of exercises and stretches he gave me to do at home and his spinal adjustments in the office the pain was gone. I've been seeing him about once a week and he still asks questions to find out if something specific might have caused a misalignment or pain. I feel very confident in recommending Healthcare Complete and Dr. Casey to anyone considering treatment for aches and pains.

But then was told I think(not sure of this) Jessica that oh for sure they could help. In fact the InvisaRed treatment for specifically what I did need. I took day off work drove 2 hours and when I got there was told oh yeah we can't help you. I then questioned why I was told they could. Then was told by Michelle (this part I am certain) that because of my medical history I could not have treatment. Keep in mind the medical history they were talking about was OVER TWO DECADES ago and there were no specific questions asked about that history. Again she could tell I was not happy and then it became a different story of well you have eaten a snack so we can not do the testing. This is the directions I was given per email To help you get the best results, please review the quick prep guide below: What to Wear * Loose, comfortable clothing * Two‑piece outfits for easy access to treatment areas * Light fabrics; sports bra if treating abdomen/upper body Avoid Wearing * Lotions, oils, or body creams on treatment areas * Self‑tanner or spray tan * Tight clothing or items with metal (belts, jewelry, hardware) Before Your Appointment * Avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before * No alcohol for 24 hours * Limit high‑sodium foods the day before * Skip strenuous exercise right before your session No where does it say no snack. Also I had filled out the health forms weeks in advance so if my medical history from over 2 decades was a problem would this not have been reviewed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE
