Unfortunately, Canada Post in Aurora is literally the worst--but only if Asha is working. Every…read moreexperience with her has been unpleasant. She's consistently rude, unprofessional, and seems to be bitter for no reason. I've read other reviews, and it's clear that I'm not the only one who feels this way. She gives the dirtiest looks, throws items around with no respect, and makes rude comments that make the whole experience uncomfortable. In contrast, there's a lovely, very understanding lady (I think she might be Asian) who works there too, and she's always helpful and kind. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but once, she let me know I could bring in a barcode, and she'd handle the return--even taping the package for me. But when I came back, Asha was there, and she rudely told me I needed the label printed and wouldn't even let me use tape to close my box. I ended up leaving and coming back on a different day just to avoid dealing with her. To be clear, I have no problems at all with Shoppers Drug Mart; the staff there are always amazing and helpful. My issue is only with Asha at Canada Post in Aurora. If you go, I'd recommend checking who's working to avoid this kind of experience.

A couple of weekends ago, I was heading up to Newmarket for what feels like my usual beef patties…read morerun. I needed to visit a drugstore. I remembered this one in Aurora as I was driving up Bayview Avenue and made a stop. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. I backed into a spot and walked over to this Shoppers. The setup is what you'd expect at any Shoppers Drug Mart. You walk in and see the beauty boutique. I ended up heading to the vitamins section, which was bright and organized nicely. Aurora has more Asian stores these days. You see the influence at this Shoppers. The ramen section was pretty good. It's actually better than my local Shoppers. I was also happy to see Choco Pie. I ended up picking up a bag of Whisps, too. They are cheese snacks that are lactose-free and keto. I had them later on that day. They were saltier than I'd like, but they were yummy. This drugstore has a post office at the back of the store. It wasn't terribly busy when I passed by. There was one cashier assisting customers. The lineup was getting long, so I took my few items over to the self-checkout. I paid and was out of this store in a flash! I had a positive experience here. I'd drop by when I need a drugstore and am in Aurora. (104)

This shoppers is a damn joke and so so lazy!!…read more I will only come here for Canada post- otherwise, what a waste of a place. They leave sales signs up for products due to laziness and do not honour the price. I bought a bunch of chips here because the sign said $1.88 each - they were literally the last two bags because of the sale. And other snacks - the entire shelf was marked $6 for 2 bags, spread around for Doritos, spokes and a bunch of other brand name snacks. I only noticed after I went home and realized I was charged full price for everything - I went back the next day and showed the receipt and the flyer (had to pull it up on my phone since the sale ended) and the lady refused to look @ the flyer on my phone because it's a phone .... OK BOOMER??? Even though it was the same flyer, they refused to honour the price and ended the conversation by saying "it says 'selected types' on the flyer" which doesn't even make sense because the 'selected type' shown was the same size but they just wanted me to go away. I say the situation is - they were lazy to take down sales signs and didn't honour the price when called out. Also shoppers (not just this one) is weird because a "2 for $6" deal doesn't work for anything tagged "2 for $6" even when EVERYTHING is tagged 2 for $6. (aka, you can't match doritos and cheetos even if they have the same deal going on) Lame! I was so annoyed - I am not going to interact with anyone that works here (other than the lovely canada post workers). Thank goodness they have self checkout because everyone is so unpleasant here.

On a quest for lemon bioflavonoids I was surprised and disappointed to find that they don't carry the same stock as their U.S. based stores . With no ordering capability for stock from the United States I had to head home to make a purchase from the American on-line site. Still, I wanted to see what the store has to offer. Short light blonde wood shelving, a little too low for my liking, caused me to have to crouch down to see items on the lower shelves. Sale items are placed on the end caps of the aisles and while I did end up buying a sale item, the sale price was the same as the regular price that I pay at another store. Price points don't seem to be as competitive and I found some items that I regularly purchase between $3-6 more . Canadians are careful consumers and if this chain wants to be successful, they're going to have to offer deeper discounts. As well, Vitapath does not currently have a Canadian on-line sales presence and offers a very basic and boring website. The store does offer a free health awards club membership to earn points toward free merchandise and exclusive members-only coupons. With one point for every dollar, 100 points will earn you a $5 credit. I signed up, of course. Service is friendly and helpful.
