Unfortunately, Canada Post in Aurora is literally the worst--but only if Asha is working. Every experience with her has been unpleasant. She's consistently rude, unprofessional, and seems to be bitter for no reason. I've read other reviews, and it's clear that I'm not the only one who feels this way. She gives the dirtiest looks, throws items around with no respect, and makes rude comments that make the whole experience uncomfortable. In contrast, there's a lovely, very understanding lady (I think she might be Asian) who works there too, and she's always helpful and kind. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but once, she let me know I could bring in a barcode, and she'd handle the return--even taping the package for me. But when I came back, Asha was there, and she rudely told me I needed the label printed and wouldn't even let me use tape to close my box. I ended up leaving and coming back on a different day just to avoid dealing with her. To be clear, I have no problems at all with Shoppers Drug Mart; the staff there are always amazing and helpful. My issue is only with Asha at Canada Post in Aurora. If you go, I'd recommend checking who's working to avoid this kind of experience. read more

A couple of weekends ago, I was heading up to Newmarket for what feels like my usual beef patties run. I needed to visit a drugstore. I remembered this one in Aurora as I was driving up Bayview Avenue and made a stop. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. I backed into a spot and walked over to this Shoppers. The setup is what you'd expect at any Shoppers Drug Mart. You walk in and see the beauty boutique. I ended up heading to the vitamins section, which was bright and organized nicely. Aurora has more Asian stores these days. You see the influence at this Shoppers. The ramen section was pretty good. It's actually better than my local Shoppers. I was also happy to see Choco Pie. I ended up picking up a bag of Whisps, too. They are cheese snacks that are lactose-free and keto. I had them later on that day. They were saltier than I'd like, but they were yummy. This drugstore has a post office at the back of the store. It wasn't terribly busy when I passed by. There was one cashier assisting customers. The lineup was getting long, so I took my few items over to the self-checkout. I paid and was out of this store in a flash! I had a positive experience here. I had gone in to get a new PC Optimum loyalty card. The lady at the register was friendly and gave me a brochure with the new card and explained how I could link my current cards with this new one. In fact, when she scanned the new card and asked for my email address she set it all up for me. All that was left for me to do was download the app and I was good to go. read more

Very horrible experience here. If I could give 0 star, I would do so for the Pharmacy there. 1. I gave my prescription and my insurance card to them and waited for the medicine. After a long while, they just said they did not help claim the insurance (because the staff just helped me screwed up the process) 2. They typed the wrong prescription submission date in the system (10 days late) that delayed my next refills. I need to ask the doctor for new prescription, otherwise I had no medicine. One of the pharmacist intentionally held my prescription to hurdle me to transfer my refill to another pharmacy by manipulating the process. They did the procedure incorrectly at the very beginning and at the expense of my time to rectify their mistakes. What so funny! Huh? They are very rude, arrogant, unhelpful, unprofessional and irresponsible. Never come again read more

My elderly cat isn't eating so my vet told me she would call in a prescription for my cat and I would hear back from the pharmacy that the medication was ready for pickup. They were really fast in preparing the medication and called me within 30 minutes to come in and pick it up. The pharmacist met with me and went over the side effect of the drug. She was very kind. I thought she would think it was odd that I was picking up a prescription for my cat. The store has a great selection of items and is always clean when I go there. read more

This is my local shoppers and I'm truly lucky as the staff are ALL amazing. Most have been there for a while so I feel like it's a family visit when I go..with 3 kids, I go a lot!! From the all pharmacy staff to all the cashiers, just a nice friendly place to go. Don't change anything read more

The Shoppers Drugmart staff is fine but there is one woman at the Canada Post who is SO RUDE to customers. I get second hand embarrassment when she's being rude to other customers and really annoyed when she's being rude to me. She is snippy and sassy and definitely needs to be trained in customer service. read more

Love this Shoppers! It's quieter than most of the ones in Markham and people here are so polite. I especially love the Canada Post here. The staff are super nice and very helpful. I came here to pick up my mail keys and they had a hard time finding my key and my postal code. She made calls for me and got everything done for me on the spot. Super helpful.. Thank you! read more
