I dropped off Bear at Wishbone and called Jenny at B & J to let her know I would be home by 9. I got home, settled down and heard Omar at the front door. It took me a little time as usual to walk up and let him in. I requested him to take his boots off, change the filter in the attic, use the back door to get outside and find me in my room when he was done. Then I took my Asiago cheese and jalapeño bagel I had picked up on my way back and ate it. I worked in my room till Omar was done. I asked him to come in and take care of the invoice and such. He finished off, made sure to lock the back door and let himself out the front. I will lock the front door when I make my trip to the kitchen. I am scheduled to meet a friend of mine in the medical center for lunch. I asked him to meet me at Five Brothers Burgers which is another place which keeps me going back with their great burgers and service.

I speak both fluently, but prefer English. So the men came out to look at the HVAC unit, at 18 years old we knew we may need a new one. I got some pretty good competitive rates from a few people. This company wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. I wanted something additional done, & Tony explained to me I could spend the money on it but that it wasn't entirely necessary because of the size of my house. Ended up saving me $1500. The workers were respectful of my children and my property. They took precautionary measures to ensure my carpet was protected. Upon completion, they walked through with me to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. They also made sure I understood the new thermostat and the new filter process. This is a beautiful office building complex! My daughter attends a Korean class here once a week in…read morethe evening. Since she doesn't drive on freeways yet, I bring her in from the Clear Lake area and sit outside the building in my car from 7-9 pm once a week and have been doing this for about 20 weeks over the last several months. My background is in HR and Office Management so I notice things. First off, the cleaning and security staff who work the night shift do an excellent job. The bathrooms are spotless, the security staff are friendly and aware, the facilities are clean, the TV's are always on when I do go in, which is very welcoming. I have not noticed any staff member doing stuff that I'm sure would be against their company policies. In fact, what I do notice is how busy the cleaners always are and how every single staff person will greet you and smile. The guy that empties the trash carts is an incredible worker! My daughter has a service dog in training and she didn't have a vest for her when she was smaller. So even though it's probably very hard to do, one of the security staff members approached my daughter to let her know puppies aren't allowed in the building. When my daughter let her know the dog was a service dog in training, she was very kind and didn't make anymore of it. I remember the very first night we drove in to the complex. I was nervous and worried if my daughter would even find the classroom because the building is so big. Now, I think it's really special that my daughter gets to attend a class in this complex. And I've been enjoying more time outside my car. I've eaten a to-go dinner by the beautiful, lighted fountain where there are tables, chairs and loungers set up. I've walked around the campus and feel very safe. I don't see the landscapers, but the landscaping is beautiful and I love all the palm trees. It's just a lovely place and I believe that is a reflection of management and the staff that care for the buildings and the property complex. It's no wonder this is a fully-leased property! Was charged 200 dollars to clean my 2 sofas. They were really dirty so I agreed to the price. They then took a look at my air ducts and the advertised price of 65 dollars for 10 cents went up to 95 dollars. Ok. No problem. Next thing I know they were telling me I had mold and giving me a "discount" my downstairs would cost 1200 dollars and the upstairs 800. Got a second opinion from Coit (they were awesome) and was told it was only dirt and I could take the vents down myself and clean them. The ducts were ok. Going to report them to the better business bureau! Please stay away from this company. They don't even deserve 1 star!!
