Ben told me I would only be paying the $125 out of pocket fee as long as my tests weren't sent to a lab. I got my test results within 15 minutes. My tests were not sent to a lab. I was then charged an additional $200 due to "the test being sent to a lab" - even though the samples were never sent to a lab. Ben did not offer any help whatsoever. He spoke to me like a conceited know-it-all, then he asked me to leave the building - while picking up the phone as if he was going to call the police. He acted completely unreasonable. Dodged my questions, offered no help, and acted outwardly rude. I contacted corporate to dispute the charges. Ben is not an upstanding employee. Very disappointing interaction.
