The main reason for the one star, though, is the third party billing partner they use. Your bills will be inaccurate, over inflated and so complicated that you won't know how to sort them out. In order to just clear them off your desk, you're forced to pay bills that you have no clear understanding what they are. It appears often that my insurance company was never even billed for my visits. But they don't care. Multiple times I tried to contact the billing company. They transferred me to voicemails, never answered my questions. At one point, one person was eating while trying to talk to me at the same time. Because of all of these billing issues, I would give Crystal Clinic a big fat zero if I could.

I was paralyzed 3&1/2 years ago BUUUUUT I'm learning to walk again and no one has experience treating a case like mine. I've been on every mental health drug there is and I'm suffering from horrible pain. I've had 30 screws put into my back, I'm missing 4 vertebrae but got a 5" titanium block where the vertebrae USED TO BE oh and the twpo 20" rods, two mounts and 8 more screws don't qualify me for pain management. I was hassled every time I requested a referral for pain management. last time I was asked "what about all the other referrals?" they didn't take my insurance is the answer but I'm the jerk for getting frustrated with all the BS. I disagreed that I needed mental health support because this all started in 2017 and EVERY DOCTOR HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH A CASE LIKE MINE BUT KNEW MORE THAN ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS FEELING WEATHER THIS PRACTICE OR PAIN MANAGEMENT. I can walk with proper pain management but they don't care enough about me to help that happen. take your chances

Now I just have to do outpatient therapy to strengthen my knee with physical equipment. Their team of nurses & therapists are very professional, encouraging, conscientious, compassionate, and always on time. They were also very flexible about my time schedule, as mornings were next to impossible for me. They would call to check up on me and make sure that I was doing okay, as well as having a 24 hour phone access if I ever had any problems. I can't say enough about Randy Williams, who was my therapist the entire time. Not having a different therapist each visit made a huge difference. He was so encouraging and patient while pushing me to improve and reach my goal, but also making sure that I wasn't in pain while doing so. He never left my home until I had an ice pack on my knee to reduce swelling. I was sad to see him leave when his job was done. Thank you Patriot for making a very daunting time in my life bearable. I wish I could give you more than 5*, your team deserves it.

Our doctors office sent two referrals regarding palliative care. My wife left three messages to get information and scheduled and I also left three messages to get scheduled. After weeks, we finally contacted the doctors office to let them know, we had to find someone else because patriot will not call us back. The doctors office contacted them again and they were informed they no longer offer for palliative care. Why couldn't they take one minute to return our phone call to let us know? They are working with vulnerable people who need help and they don't have the courtesy to call back.

Dr. Bull is awesome; he has a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. I left feeling better because I was able to gain peace of mind. I just had to pay a copay for my visit, which was great. The doc took xrays and I was informed that they are a $40 flat fee (per set)...seems incredibly reasonable for those with and without insurance.

Before I went, I received the pre-screen call and was asked "do you really want to drive all the way here?" I thought it was an odd question because if your stuff is good, a drive won't keep you from going. So I was then told to bring $1200. I asked why and they said I had a deductible. I called my insurance and they said it's been met to go ahead and schedule. I scheduled an evening appointment. Prior to my appointment, they called and asked me to come in the morning. I happened to be off, so I went. I looked at is like me doing them a little scheduling favor, but I sat there 30-40 minutes. They finally got to me and asked about the money and tried to get me to sign a paper saying I'll pay $1200. I refused. They whited it out and then I signed. The PT was great and gave some new exercises as well as some physical manipulation. After the session he said go schedule again and get in asap and regularly. I went to schedule my next appointment and was told they are going to check on this $1200 and won't schedule me until they verify. Weeks have gone by and I've never heard back from them.

My copay is $20, but the entire visit was $85. I'm on disability and on a very fixed income, and now heading into the finial days of the month I'm running short of cash, and $65 dollars wood help. She said it was the policy of insurance for me to pay the entire visit upfront, but after talking to devoted some providers don't want to bill the insurance companies. So I would avoid this practice unless you have a lot of extra cash. Now I have to go back and get a itemized bill. Not happy.
