She kept telling me that she couldn't contact me using my phone number, but I was able to contact and be contacted by everyone else. We had three visits with her. Because we have a cat in the apartment, we wanted to be there during the visit, which is not a huge requirement. She agreed to it prior. The first visit went ok, although she arrived 5 minutes early and somehow left before coming back, and did not give us a 24h notice. During the second visit, she said she could not receive my messages and supposedly I did not receive hers. She warned my partner 5 minutes before the visit, and I arrived while they were still visiting the apartment. I asked to sort out her problem contacting me but she said she didn't have time. I gave her my email, that she used to book the third visit, again with less than 24 hours notice. For the first visit, she arrived earlier than announced, and finished the visit before I came, all without contacting me to mention she was there. I waited for 20 minutes at the apartment after contacting her by email before receiving a message saying they had already left. No apologies, nothing. She told my partner I didn't have to be there during the visit. Overall she gave me the impression that she didn't want us to be there during the visit and was trying to be sneaky about it, instead of telling us. The two stars instead of 1 is because her manager made her stop the visits at our apartment after I contacted him. He didn't apologize in any way though, so I'm being nice here. We had no issues with the other real estate companies that showed our apartment. If I was you I would not use their agency, there are plenty of good ones around.

Karen came highly recommended as she is very knowledgeable of the Market and Properties within the Essex & Middlesex Counties. I remember being anxious, because as you may know buying real-estate is never clear cut and can be over whelming. The experience was pleasant from the first time we sat with Karen. Karen really paid attention to our situation and explained with great detail any questions and concerns we had throughout the buying process. Karen is exceptionally good about answering phone calls, responding to emails and is always in touch with any information (good and bad). Karen is extremely honest and motivated and will show a variety of homes that interest you. Working with Karen, I did not feel pressured to buy the first property that crossed our path, instead felt at ease knowing someone was truly there to give great advice and guidance. Karen is very personable, courteous and friendly. Karen is a great listener and has great strategies when buying/selling homes. To this day, Karen and I stay in touch whether is to say hello to see how things are going or providing us with market updates/trends. There's no doubt if there's a time when we decide to sell our place to buy another, Karen will be getting a call from us!

We were looking for an agent who we could trust to help guide us through the process. Thankfully we found Karen, who came highly recommended to us by several of my husband's coworkers. We were in the market for a house at the beginning of the spring and given the price point we were interested in, houses were coming and going from the market within a few days. While it was at times stressful, I was amazed at Karen's dedication, responsiveness and willingness to meet with us and get us into properties as they came on the market. When we finally found what would one day be our house, Karen advised us through the bidding process (the same day the house went on the market!) and worked with the seller's agent to negotiate a sale that won us the house (there were multiple bidders!). As part of our offer, we had a long closing period and Karen keep in close contact with us throughout the duration and even connected us with home inspectors and mortgage brokers along the way. She was incredibly supportive and helpful - we couldn't thank her enough! Overall, Karen was a pleasure to work with and a wonderful buyer's agent. From the first time we met with her I remember feeling more at ease and confident with the process. She is truly knowledgeable about real estate and gives sound, objective advice. We still keep in contact with Karen and give her regular updates on the house. We would recommend her services to any of our family and friends and will absolutely be giving Karen a call when we decide to sell our home and buy another.

With Heather's help, I purchased my first-ever property in January 2018. A condo in Waltham. The way we found out about Heather is actually a little funny... I was working with someone who I didn't seem to connect with, and started a new search for local realtors. My search led me exactly here, to Yelp, where I read so many great things about her. Getting in touch with her was very simple, and we clicked right away. For just about two years, Heather took me and my girlfriend to countless properties all over the metro-west, each time offering her honesty and expertise. Apart from selling properties, she also knows how to fix them up!--She is a jack of all trades. What started off as a very long list of must-haves slowly but surely boiled down to essentials...It's pretty funny now. But Heather was so accommodating, so patient, and always made her best effort at making sure we were getting into something that we would be happy with in the long-run. She never made a fuss about working around our work schedules, no matter how early or late.....or if we were in the midst of a nor'easter! She's always easy to reach by phone, text, or email. We never ever felt rushed or pressured. Heather's fun and easy-going attitude made a world of difference during such a complicated and long process. She became more than our realtor; she became a family friend. We are so glad to have met her. I'm confident that any one who works with her will feel exactly the same way, and we are very much looking forward to working with her again in the future. We love you, Heather. Thank you so much for everything. Sam and Krystal

Heather Heather Heather...What can i say about her…read more As a born and raised New Yorker, I accepted a job in the greater Boston area in Q4 2016. I began my new job in October. As part of the job offer, I received a relocation package where they connected me to Heather. Reading up on her website, she is known to be a relocation specialist. She is a specialist. She knows her ins and outs of houses/condos. She knows whats to look for. We connected early on, and I told her what I was looking for, price range, location, etc... and then she went to work. Once I got in the area, she took time out of her busy schedule to show me around the neighborhoods of Somerville, Brighton, Arlington, Watertown, Belmont. She is very knowledgeable of the greater Boston are. She knows which markets are hot and which are probably hard to re-sell if i ever plan to move on to a bigger place. Looking for a 2BR condo, we saw a slew of places. However, when I accepted an offer in NY on my property, she worked even harder to find me places for me. Finally I was connected a beautiful newly renovated condo in Watertown. Heather worked for me and was able to get an accepted offer within my price range. She worked hard on the P&S agreement and connected me with a real estate attorney in the area that she trusts. Unfortunately, the process of selling my NY coop and purchasing the condo in MA took much longer than anticipated due to my NY sale (another story), Heather did her best to console the MA seller that I am close and that I am eager to buy and I am willing to do whatever it takes. Eventually everything panned out. Heather gave me an awesome gift when she handed me the keys. She even showed up to my closing! It just shows how much she cares for her clients. I feel that she goes above and beyond to make her clients at ease. I was stressed out a lot because of the delays, and she kept on reaching out to me to reassure me. She was really helpful during the hard times. Finally closed this past Monday and moved in on Tuesday. She still helps me out when I ask for it - connecting me to the right people that she trusts. Oh I can continue to go on and talk about our trips to see different homes/areas but then this review will become a book. Let's just say that Heather kept me engaged and on my toes throughout the whole process. It was a joy, pleasure, and honor to work with her. I am so glad that my relocation specialist connected me with her. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place in the greater Boston area!

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and bought our first home during the pandemic. I had emailed her asking for info about her approach and to get her insights on the current market.  She replied and without being pushy or forceful, answered my numerous questions in great detail.  She got us set up to get the MLS emails and we expressed interest in a house.  We were unable to tour it so what did Adriana do?  She traveled to the house herself and took a 20 minute video to give us an inch by inch detailed look at the property.  She did this for clients she had never worked with before and had never met before.  This jumped out at us as a true sign of an incomparable work ethic. "If she does something like this for a couple she doesn't even know, imagine what she'd do for us after working with us" was a thought my wife and I both had. Qualities one seeks in a realtor are communicative, supportive, friendly, strong, personable, knowledgeable and diligent.  Adriana has all of those traits in spades but she also possesses the rarest, most important trait of all...honesty.  Anyone working with a realtor needs someone who will be brutally honest and tell you the good and the bad, whether you want to hear it or not.  Adriana does this expertly well and, if something is bad, she also comes to the table with suggestions on how to navigate any issues. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would.  Our family is expanding and we are actually looking for our next home and, of course, are working with Adriana to find it.
