They called me to conduct a phone interview and right away they let me know the minimum pay would be offered if I got the job. I make 28$ an hour at one job (before OT) and 24$ per hour at my part-time government job (before OT). Instead they offer 19$ (salaried) even though the Workforce Specialist can pay 25$ an hour maximum. They're always hiring because of low ball pay to supposed professionals dedicated to helping others understand the job market and seek gainful employment. Waste of time and reason they always have job openings for what should be a good job with tons of rewards helping others, but instead they take the low ball pay road. I love helping people, but will not be ripped off by company's that take advantage of folks that dedicate their lives to helping others by offering the lowest pay possible when they can offer more in the first place. These type of companies are always hiring more people to replace those leaving for jobs with better pay and probably a better work environment.

They not only facilitiate someone stealing your check, but your identity as well. Tom Gould, the owner of Pinpoint doesn't seem to get it--he doesn't think there's any problem with leaving peoples' live checks posted in public. This agency is smarmy and unprofessional. Planning for the future can be scary to think about or overwhelming but Jacqueline helped us and made the process very smooth. Seems they are still trying to get people hyped up and in the door just fill some type of quota... Avoid Aerotek Staffing for your job search! BTW when I last did look for jobs, listings I saw showing Aerotek staffing I would often see the same posting with out needing to go to Aerotek - Very interesting, no? something here just doesn't add up, Me thinks Aerotek is somehow not a totally legit company
