I cannot believe they are treating a REPEAT CUSTOMER LIKE THIS! Don't come here, horrible service…read moreexperience...Update. I've owned this car for 5 months, it's been great! But the customer service after purchasing this vehicle has been horrendous. 2 weeks after purchasing I found water in the taillights. They fixed this issue by replacing the outside taillights, when I asked for the inside ones to be replaced as well since they had just as much water in them they never did. Then a piece of chrome trim was falling off that I didn't notice, they fixed it (without asking), then I had a terrible wind noise from the driver door, they bent the chrome in multiple places on the edge of the door leaving noticeable creases, and I am still having this wind noise. Now since the day I bought this THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLAR car, literally on the test drive there was some sort of rattling sound that I thought was an unbalanced tire, as it didn't make the sound again for about a week after purchase. I've been bringing this car in MULTIPLE TIMES PER MONTH, and EVERY TIME I come in there to try and figure out this issue I get the run around. "It could be a hood latch" "it could be a hood hinges" "every other car makes the same sound" "bring it to our certified body shop, we can't diagnose it" "bring it to a different dealership we can't figure out the issue"(after they looked at it for quite literally 20 minutes) "this sound is normal on ford escapes" NO ITS NOT!!!!! THIS CAR DOES NOT FEEL SAFE TO DRIVE ABOVE 60 MPH, IT SOUNDS LIKE AN AIRPLANE!!! I PURCHASED THIS CAR CERTIFIED PRE OWNED WITH THE SUPPOSED 170 POINT INSPECTION AND WARRANTY AND 100 PERCENT CLEAN TITLE WITH 14000 MILES!! How did I catch all of this within the first 3 weeks of owning it If there was a 170 point inspection done?? 5 months later and this car feels like it's going to fall apart at 60 miles per hour and above and they won't do a single thing about it. I've called MULTIPLE TIMES in the last 2 weeks and left messages, DURING BUSINESS HOURS, before 10 am, and have not received a call back. They said a month and a half ago they were ordering parts to fix this issue and they would be in within a week. None of these parts are causes of this KNOWN issue with this vehicle. And NONE of these parts have showed up yet, and I have no word on when these parts will be in. I have sent them multiple technical service bulletins and every time I send them they seem to be ignored and I'm always told they "can't find the technical service bulletin" when I send them full page documents with reference numbers, dates, and any other information they need to know, just because I purchased a car from a dealership with a warranty doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about, and I suggest if you want to keep a customers business, then you take their concerns seriously. My business will be taken elsewhere SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT, if I'M CATCHING ALL OF THESE ISSUES WITHIN DAYS OF PURCHASE, excellent sales experience, would not recommend coming here for anything else.

Looking at cars on lot for possibly purchase. Working with salesman, price of car was overpriced…read moreand trade in was under estimated. Was useless to haggle the trade in or purchase or car. While waiting for their evaluation of my trade in, looked at their GT500's collection. Nice cars, yes but the staff turned into these selfish car snobs. Not a customer quality experience with salesman or staff. Sorry, Do not recommend this dealership.

Here is some info pertaining to accomplishment of desired owned vehicle service activities for 2017…read moreKIA Optima, as well as near-simultaneously and also owned possible sale of used 2011 TOYOTA Corolla Matrix to same TKK dealership in Rochester, Minnesota, USA, recently. White finishing a minor repair/exchange on the interior latch mechanism covered by recall procedure on my Optima, I met Sales manager John Prinzing with the intention of selling them my wife-inherited car for the amount of USD10,000, which Deb thought adequate / fair. After receiving days later a purchase voucher from Inventory Manager Devlin Lowry for USD7,000 and prior to that a phone instant cash offer of USD7,500 from We Buy Cars - Rochester Sell My Car, she still went for more offers engaging CARVANA (USD6,180), PENZ Subaru (USD5,000), and Kelley Blue Book (USD7,132) to which so far, she agreed to none; rather, she's embarking into an online sales adventure of her own with the logical expectation to come even closer to her stated financial goal. I must say she is going to encounter an uphill battle as she takes pictures, enters data via websites such as findcars.com, https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/103941732976595/vehicles/, etc., and converses at any old time with anyone showing the slightest interest in buying. I say: Leave it to the pros, they know what they are doing! So, the first area of my review is also quite simplistic and requires very little explanation, as such WCS: Regular kids play hide and seek and one unfortunately gets trapped in dad's car trunk; they can't get out, locksmith finally solves the problem and back to playing. Couldn't KIA designers in the first place have anticipated that possibility and make it childproof (have you seen some of those meds bottles?), while still usable in a reasonable easy manner? I think so... Anyway, I got my second No-expiration, TKK-complimentary Standard Kwik Trip car wash card, received as customer appreciation gift. Thank you, guys!
